He came out accessed the property make some recommendations. It took a very long time like 8 months to finally get the home up and running and ready to list. I was very pleased with the communication, information provided and assistance that was provided through this process. I’m fairly busy and easily distracted so that tends to make the process go longer as I just honestly forget to finish or follow up on tasks. He never seemed to be annoyed or inpatient. Very patient and informative and through. He vetted out potential tenants and eventually I was able to find a tenant within 30 days of listing the property. This was my very first experience with using a realtor to do the vetting,viewing credit ect but it’s the best way to go. I was fully informed when viewing was happening and sent tenant profiles for potential tenants with credit profiles and job history. Would recommend for rentals selling or purchasing.
