Experiencia negativa: Do not purchase a house from this builder. We purchased a high end home built by Jeremiah Gooding owner of Reliance. Since we have purchased in less then 4 months on a brand new home the following things broke or were installed inappropriately: ice maker (never hooked up to a water line, garbage disposal broke (reported to us by the repair guy that the one installed was way too small so cheap), a tile in our bathroom has come off with normal cleaning (it appears they put a small wooden piece under the missing tile bc they messed up), and the outdoor fridge had to be fixed. Now he will not answer his phone even though the house is under warranty. I wouldn’t trust him as builder or to sell your home.
