I’ve had better opportunity for me through another company. I was attempting to go through whatever they call it… but to get your real estate license, and I was told they don’t do anything to do w you until your already licensed. But not all situations are same! So follow the review’s other than mine!

Experiencia fantástica: My house closed on April 24, 2023. I worked with Taylor McCain to help me sell the house. When I spoke with Taylor prior to everything, I told her when I wanted my house to be sold and when I possibly wanted the closing day to be. I knew that as a seller I can't always dictate the outcome but she worked with us through the offers and we ended with an offer that allowed us to close on time and have the ability to rent back for 30 days so we would leave on our initial projected date. During the house showing, some buyers expressed some concerns with some minor things, Taylor took care of it to ensure those things didn't hinder the sale of the house. I'm very big on communication and I appreciated that Taylor was available via email, text messages, and phone calls. It felt like a buddy helping us navigate the home-selling process. I would write a whole essay about my positive experience but I will end by simply saying if you ever had the need to buy or sell please check out Taylor and her team at The Briley Team.
