Experiencia negativa: Melonda Gregory is the definition of someone who should not be in property management. She plays favorites—if she doesn’t like you, she won’t work with you. I’ve experienced clear examples of unethical behavior where one resident gets help or flexibility, while others are ignored or denied the same treatment. We’re living in hard times, and as a single mother of five kids, I’ve done everything I can to keep up with my rent. Even when I come up with the full balance, I get no support or options—while others in similar situations get help. This is unfair and unprofessional. Melonda has refused to give me corporate contact information despite my repeated requests. She has no compassion and should not be managing people’s homes. If corporate is reading this, please contact Tomi immediately. I also plan to notify her other employer, Real Broker LLC – Fetrow Realty Team, about her behavior. I do not believe someone like her should be representing any housing or real estate organization.
