If he was busy, he would give us a time frame of when he would be able to address a matter. Brandon toured homes for us, FaceTiming us or sending detailed video tours. He always gave us his honest opinion on a home and never once did we feel pressure to purchase. He would go above and beyond, like go back to home just to listen for airplane noises. With his guidance and expertise, we felt confident enough to put in an offer on a home we never stepped foot in. And we are so glad we did! Although this house purchase came with many hurdles, Brandon was constantly looking out for our best interest and fought for us until the end.
