After living in my condo for 30+ years, Kathy helped me for several months to prepare my condo to list and a phased plan that made the decluttering and moving process seamless. In October of 2021, competition was very steep. Fortunately, Nick was able to leverage his network and work with the seller to pinpoint exactly what price and special requests were needed to guarantee us a shot. It worked! We beat out seven or eight other offers and went into escrow quickly. Nick was with us every step of the way leading us and answering all of our questions.
