When we toured our new house for the first time, we knew it was the one, and Kyle was quick to walk us through the offer process. He expertly negotiated with the seller’s agent to get us a great deal, and guided us through the inspection and escrow process with ease. Experiencia fantástica: On a recommendation from one of my clients, we interviewed Holly but our mind was pretty much made up that we were going to hire the other rep. When we met her, her knowledge and authenticity won us over and we hired her to sell our house and help us buy our new dream house. With the hot market she helped us price the house correctly to get the most action but not too overpriced where people wouldn't even look at the house. Despite one deal falling through in no fault to Holly, she seamlessly had us in escrow with the back up offer, we ended up selling the house $45,000 more than ANY house in our neighborhood at the time of the sale. We didn't really want to make two moves so coordinating buying and selling at the same house was very stressful but her expertise and her tactful negotiation skills made our offer very attractive and also allowed us to rent back our old house so we could make a seamless move to our new house. Our house was shown for one weekend and we sold it pretty fast. As buyers in this crazy hot market where every house gets 5-20 offers, many times well over asking price, we managed to get our offer accepted, but what was more impressive was she packaged the offer to save us as much as possible. We ended up getting our offer accepted $25k less than what we were prepared to spend on, she knew our number and still made sure we didn't over spend.
