While the house virtually sold itself in 48 hrs or so, the agent decided that's all that needed to be done....in other words, no communication, botched messaging between lawyer and clients and a number of other issues. We were in the market for a rental and it appears that's not worth their time at all. No response at all when you ask about a property. I understand rentals are less profit and less commission but you should treat each client the same. We went elsewhere and found a great place. When we are ready to buy, we will go back to that realtor. Something John Greene seems to not grasp. Treat your customers well, no matter the size of the commission and you can potentially gain many more through referrals. Hate to be negative here but they only care about the $$. Look at the reviews, the good ones are from employees, not clients. Very disappointed.

The lack of communication from them is unprofessional and quite frank ignorant. I would never use them to list my properties and to be honest avoid homes listed by them like the plague. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but also kind, patient, available, and has great interpersonal skills. I can tell an imposter a mile away, and I know she is passionate and loves her job. Selling a home was more emotionally taxing than I could have imagined. Nicole put me at ease right away establishing her availability, willingness to go above and beyond, and communicated every step of the way with me. It’s like having your best friend sell your house for you! I can’t recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed. She is so funny and knew exactly how to handle my highly stressful moments. After we met, I knew she was the best person to help me sell my home in Naperville. She was there for me every step of the process and was in constant communication. She was a pro in marketing my home. She helped with pre-list suggestions, staging and photographing my home so it showed its very best to potential buyers. She kept very close track of all showings, provided feedback, helped prepare the home for showings and even checked on the home afterwards to make sure all was secure. Anything we needed during the sale Nicole was on top of it immediately. I always knew Nicole would take care of everything, and I was very impressed with her level of service. She kept in constant communication with both me and my attorney to make sure everything went smoothly and closed on time. She patiently helped me through the whole process and offered support that was above and beyond what I expected. She provided excellent guidance for getting the house ready for market, helped me meet my goal listing date, and she used up to date ways to market the house. Once it was listed, it sold after only one weekend. I was very impressed with Nicole's responsiveness, availability, and communication. On top of it all she was fun to work with. Experiencia fantástica: We met Nicole Gilhooly at an open house in April, liked her immediately, and decided to work with her to sell our Naperville home. We owned our home for over 30 years, so we were not familiar with the latest technology and tips to help us sell. Nicole went to work right away to bring us up to speed on staging, electronic transactions, and trends in buyer wants/needs. She kept in touch with us almost daily throughout the staging prep process, stopped by to note our progress and offer helpful advice, and offered to run errands for us if we needed help. Following her advice, we had a full-price offer within 3 days of putting the house on the market. Once we had an offer, she stayed on top of the communication between the buyers' lender, their agent, and both attorneys to ensure as smooth an experience as possible considering all the variables in real estate transactions in today's market.
