He provides excellent and professional customer service throughout the buying and selling process. He was very responsive to our needs. Dan also has close relationships with the various professionals you may need to get your property ready to sell, such as painters, granite and quartz suppliers, window experts, landscapers, etc., which was an extra bonus for us, as Dan handled much of the coordination and negotiation for us with these vendors. He really provides a one stop service for your real estate transactions. His knowledge of the market and marketing efforts ensured that we got top dollar for my mom’s home. Honestly, Dan underpromised and overdelivered every step of the way when it came to buying and selling. What I most appreciated about him was that I could tell he actually cared about us and really had our back. I’ve never had a realtor bring up negative points when shopping for land or a property and Dan was quick to do so; bringing up factors we weren’t considering. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I needed to sell my condo after only 2 years of ownership. My original realtor advised me that I would never sell at the price I paid (which they allowed me to offer at!) and I would have to sell under value or rent. Since neither of those were options, I needed a new realtor. I spoke with several, and Dan clinched the deal immediately. He came prepared with a detailed market analysis, comps in my area, and a profile of the typical homeowner in the building. We discuss marketing, realistic purchase prices, and the posting for the condo. He was so professional and thorough. I was under contract (for a fair price, not a loss!) within 6 days. Throughout the process of the sale, he and his team were communicative and prompt. He also handled selling my parent's house-after a year on the market, his listing got it sold in 2 days! Highly recommended, would not hesitate to work with Dan and his team again. Update: We worked with Dan and his team again and it once again a great experience! As most know, the market is tough for buyers right now and Dan really went to bat helping me find the best house for me. He is very responsive, learns your needs and style, and realistic about the process of purchasing a home. So thrilled with the house I ended up in and highly recommend working with Dan and his team for any real estate transaction you need!

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Every aspect of the selling process was explained (in detail). Communication between our agents was very clear. Texts and phone calls/texts were answered quickly. Input from our agents ended up netting us more money on the sale; for example, a video of our home they produced also ended up bringing in more foot traffic to see the property; painting walls the most popular color of the year, staging the home, and offering house and window cleaning prior to the first day of showing. They are consummate professionals focused on excellent customer service with fidelity and integrity. Selling a house is stressful. Dan and Chris made it less so and we would 100% recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home.

He was so helpful the entire way through and it felt like he was more of a friend than a realtor. He came in an assessed the house, told me what would help the sale. I took his suggestions and within 2-3 days after being on the market we had 19 offers on the house.
