Experiencia fantástica: Brian has sold two homes for us and purchased 1. I really thought that a "Good Realtor" would find a home, show it, and then be done. Brian on the other hand knows what will sell a home and for how much. He also is not afraid to get his hands dirty to get a home in a good sellable condition even if it means coming out on a sunday and power washing a home, getting on a ladder and replacing soffit, or anything else that might be needed to get a home to that magic sale price. When it came to purchasing a home we gave brian our spending limits and minimum requirements. After looking at a few homes he was able to find our dream home and getting us in touch with a financer who was able to get us approved for the mortgage. He literally covered everything and the most we had to do was show up for the closing and sign some papers. He kept in touch with us on every step of the way. I send all my friends to Brian as he has 3 times now gone above and beyond. It helps that he is a down to earth guy and talks on the level rather than sugar coating everything.

Experiencia negativa: We had an offer accepted on 7083 E. Mount Hope Hwy Grand Ledge, MI but the owner and Brian lied about the house having a new roof in the listing, and withheld information in the disclosure agreement about it having no leaks and did not reveal the age of the roof. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the roof had a lot of holes, leaks, the roof had not been replaced once in 23 years, and a slew of other problems including water damage due to the house not having any gutters. Their insurance was going to only cover half the roof, and they still refused to pay for the rest even though they lied. After we withdrew our offer, the owner comes out and says that the other half was only 10 years old. If this was true, why did they not tell us that in the first place, and why did our inspector say the shingles were so old that they were crumbling? And get this… when we told Brian what our inspector found he accused us of using an unlicensed inspector. When we pointed out that he lied about the roof, his response was, “so what?” and that none of that needed to be revealed in the disclosure unless it was hazardous. Give me a break… We wasted a lot of our time and energy listing our house, as well money on the inspection. He did not want to work with us at all from the very beginning, because he claimed we were getting a “good deal” even though the house was most likely worth $20k less because of the problems it had. He will try to take advantage of buyers by over-inflating the price and claim you’re getting a good deal when they go lower, refuse to work with you, and turn around and say it’s your fault and that you couldn’t afford the house in the first place after holding him accountable. Most of his 5 star reviews are his friends or fake accounts. The guy is FAKE, and a LIAR. We got so screwed over by him. I advise everyone to not do business with him. This man has no accountability or integrity. All he does is lie and act like a pompous jerk.

Experiencia negativa: LIED and wasted time and money for their seller and us (the buyer) for property 7083 E. Mount Hope Hwy Grand Ledge, MI. The property description at the time of negotiation and still is at this time states, ..."There is a new roof". We paid for an inspection and it was discovered that it was the original roof and it was damaged and had holes and water damage to the decking. Brian Kasper said they will replace the damaged part of the roof but WE will need to pay for the rest of the roof if we want a new roof. The disclosures also stated the roof did not leak which was untrue. There were a lot of other items found on the inspection report that we did not even bring up. The fact that the description stated it's a new roof and we negotiated price based of that to only discover they were lying and would not make it right, I recommend staying away from this guy.
