I was able to hand the keys to Regina and she took care of everything from the time I moved out to the time we closed on the sale. She provided assistance with remodeling, staging, and photography all at a very reasonable rate. I was on a tight budget and wanted to sell quickly and she made it happen. There were issues with the buyer's lender at the last minute and Regina was able to assist the buyer in finding a new lender to make sure the sale could still go through.

Experiencia fantástica: Regina sold my house in Salinas at a great price in a downward-trending market. She did a detailed anaylsis to price the house so it would attract buyers. She did a great job coordinating with her handyman to upgrade the house at a minimum cost and staged the house beautifully for buyers. She checked the buyers loan documentation carefully to check they were well qualified and negotiated the price to get 10k more than was expected. We closed the house in 3.5 weeks after accepting the offer. I recommend Regina as a seller agent to anyone in the Salinas and the surrounding areas.
