To say we were without stress during this time would be a lie. There was setback after setback. With our busy lives, we started to question if we would ever sell our house and fit our family into a living space that was comfortable for us. Enter Team Spencer. Let’s start with us meeting Tim Spencer and his Team. We had worked with them in 2020 to get into the house we were currently trying to sell. The process was stress free and my family and I were more than satisfied with the experience. With that being said, three years had passed, my family had grown, and we were looking for a house that would provide us with comfort for the growing additions. Without thinking we got on Zillow, and they assigned us with a random realtor to help with the process of buying and selling. In the past 14 yrs, I have worked with him exclusively in purchasing and selling additional properties. Experiencia fantástica: Team Spencer is not your typical run-of-the-mill realtor team. My husband and I used their services several years ago when we sold our house in Modesto. They go above and beyond in every aspect of the process, right down to physically rolling up their sleeves and helping with repairs and moving. We had been out of the housing market since then and about 7 months ago we decided the time was right to get back into it and find our forever home. Of course, we gave Tim and Lisa a call again, because they are the best realtors around. They were so patient with us in finding our dream property. It was especially challenging with the current market conditions being so competitive with fewer choices available. We ended up entering 3 separate contracts all in all. The first 2 properties just didn’t work out for one reason or another, with no fault to Team Spencer. I can’t say how disappointed I was when it didn’t work out. Tim and Lisa truly understand the struggle and backing out of a contract is not an easy decision to be made, although sometimes for the best. They are there to pick us back up again and start over, no sense of doubt, just pure optimism to get us progressing forward. But I’ll tell ya, the 3rd time was the charm! We don’t feel like we had to compromise on anything that we wanted. We can safely say that we found the exact property that we’ve been dreaming about for so long. It was well worth the wait. The signing process was simple and certainly less time consuming than it used to be. They work closely with the lender and update you regularly so you aren’t sitting, waiting around and wondering how the process is coming along. Don’t be afraid to ask questions! They love taking the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. I never once felt rushed. Tim had our backs throughout the entire process and was reachable by phone or text pretty much at all hours (and was super quick to respond). He put my mind at ease more times than I can count which made buying a house much less stressful; everything was under control at all times. There’s a long list of moving parts involved in buying a house, and we felt extremely comfortable with Tim taking point on one of the most important decisions of our lives. We talked in depth many times, not just about realty stuff but personal issues that we were struggling with at the time. We would highly recommend welcoming the Spencer’s into your lives. Experiencia fantástica: Tim made it possible to buy my first brand new home. Tim negotiated with the new builder to allow me to buy the new home on a contingency. The builder was not allowing this but he was very convincing and made sure that I was getting the new home. He assisted me with the inspections and helped point out problems that I would not have seen. He was even able to get the builder to finish the home two weeks ahead of schedule due to us selling our home. He planned the closing of both homes on the same day so I was able to move out of my old home and into my new home on the same exact date.
