She provided me daily updates and opinions of properties, as did my friend. I selected a home after roughly 10 days and Carol continued her outstanding communication. There were a few hic-cups with the inspection and Carol worked diligently to see the process through. Rocket Mortgage matched us with Clayton, and prior to meeting him I was a little apprehensive because rocket is such a big company, but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! After Clayton’s initial walkthrough to offer staging advice (that we listened to!!) our house sold within days of it being on the market and had multiple offers the first day! Experiencia fantástica: First Time Buying a Home. Clayton went above and beyond with myself and my girlfriend throughout the entire process. I work 3rd shift in an emergency department as a staff nurse, with my secondary job being for the National Guard. My girlfriend also works 3rd shift in an emergency department. Clayton catered to our hours of availability and worked with both of us to find houses that fell within our humble financial means while offering an objective perspective of the homes and the potential challenges they were likely to become. Although our first and second home choices were bought up by cash offers from likely house flippers, Clayton was able to act as our liasion and go to bat for us multiple times so that we could have a shot in buying the home we finally closed on.

Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Shannon Jones to find a home in a rather large search area, and we could not be happier with the hard work she did to help us. We do not have a lot of experience with home buying, and Shannon was an incredibly valuable resource to have. Shannon understood every aspect of the home buying experience, and helped guide us through it. She has a vast knowledge of the real estate market, but also understands the structure of the homes she shows. Quite often while touring homes, Shannon would point out things that we had not noticed, whether positive or negative. We always felt we left the tours with an understanding of when we might have to think about replacing or repairing certain components of the home. She also shared knowledge of the various cities and towns that we looked at (and there were many!), and had useful information on important issues such as local taxes and water. Our search took a few months, as we were looking during a very difficult housing market for buyers. Shannon never pressured us, or tried to point us in any direction. As we learned what our priorities were, she learned with us, and adapted accordingly. When we came down with Covid during the process, she kept lines of communication open, and kept working for us during that time. Even when she had to take a few days off herself, she provided another agent to help us look at homes, and her staff continued to be available to us, so we never missed a beat. Shannon walked us through the process of making an offer, negotiating details of the deal, working with mortgage companies, and closing on our new home. She was always thinking several steps ahead of us. Even after closing, she continues to be a resource, helping us with advice and contacts for work we want to do on the home.
