Experiencia fantástica: Well, where should I start. I am very picky and met various real eastate agents and had interviews with each and I really liked having a first chat with him. He thoroughly discussed what I need for my new house and how he is going to work with me to get the new house. He is very good at communicating and amazed with his commitment to his buyers. He always worked with my schedule and when I wanted to tour the house, he always worked with my schedule. Ahead of house tours, he did market research and advised us what would be expected and set a game plan. He is very knowledgeable on managing house, so he explained what to be expected on each house tour and if I purchase this or that, what would be the risks and that was also very helpful. Yes, we lost some biddings, but considering the crazy housing market when we tried to buy a house, this is nothing we could really control. But Cyrus was always there, and made this thing happened a lot easier than we expected. Now we are enjoying living in a new place and it was great decision to work with him. Highly recommend!

When looking to buy I couldn’t believe how competitive the market has become , I had put 7 offers and lost ( yes 7 not exaggerating ) my wife and I were about ready to give up since we believe there wasn’t much other strategies other then high offers closing cost and earnest money amount . Experiencia fantástica: I interviewed three realtors before choosing to work with Cyrus. He is professional and I felt he offered the best deal. I am happy with my choice as I had a very good experience selling my home in Tacoma. In preparing my home to sell, I had received very high bids from a local handy man for paint touch ups and to fix leaky sinks prior to listing. Cyrus's handyman completed them before my house went on the market. Cyrus also had him repaint trim I hadn't noticed was peeling and powerwashed my front stairs and walkway which gave the property a lovely facelift. The listing photos were excellent quality. My one snag in this selling process was trusting a realtor who presented a contingent offer and promised his clients were listing their house at "fire sale pricing." I accepted their offer and their house was quite slow to sell. Luckily, I received another offer while it was contingent and that sale went through quickly. I learned a lesson to not accept a contingent offer based on a buyer's agent's word. In the future I will ask the price they plan to list and have my realtor run comps in the area to get a more accurate assessment. Regardless of this snag, I highly recommend Cyrus Bonnet to anyone looking to sell their home in the Tacoma area.

This time, we live in North Carolina and decided to sell our house. I contacted Cyrus and to my surprise, 7 years later, he still remembered my wife and I and the property! The tenant refused to let Cyrus into the home, was yelling and cursing at him, and tried telling Cyrus to "leave her property." Cyrus handled the situation with the tenant in a calm and professional manner. Eventually, Cyrus was able to defuse the situation. Cyrus was very thorough in his walk through and noted all damages incurred from the tenant and immediately called me. I was extremely thankful for Cyrus' attention to detail noting the damages. Again, Cyrus eased my mind ensuring that he would deal with the management company and ensure they hold the tenants responsible and pay for damages. Cyrus did an amazing job keeping on top of the management company. Cyrus ensured the management company was meeting timelines for tenants vacating and repairing damages to get property back to showcase condition. Once the management company handed over the keys, Cyrus already had photography scheduled and had the house on the market within days. Even through the COVID 19 pandemic restrictions, Cyrus attracted 4 offer in the first 24 hours and brought 10 offers to me after 6 days. Cyrus was very patient and explained each offer in detail so I was able to select and move forward with the best offer. The buyer was an out of state buyer and Cyrus Cyrus made the process extremely smooth and easy. In the end, we sold the house for over market value and over our asking price in a very timely manner! All credit is given to Cyrus for this accomplishment!

Before we moved out to Washington, he visited some properties on our behalf and sent us videos of the properties. Nearly everything was done over email and cellphone, which is a great convenience for anyone who is also busy with clearing post, packing, and/or driving across the country. Cyrus's inspector, Mike, was also a great resource. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We ended up walking away from two different properties due to issues uncovered by the inspection. I think Cyrus really wants his clients to end up with a good property. Experiencia negativa: Cyrus told our agent the house was clean, but I literally spent an extra week in a hotel and making trips to the house to deep clean it before moving in (to include scrubbing fecal spray off of the toilets) and what can only be described as brown sludge out of each cabinet and 30 years of soap scum out of the showers. Ended up just replacing the appliances down to the microwave they were so nasty. As a service member moving a whole family from one end of the country to the other and needing to arrive ready to deploy overseas next month, all I need is some transparency. I could have scheduled a cleaning service to prep it for our arrival. When I switched lenders for a better rate I also saw email traffic between him and my agent that was less than professional and implying that I had to ask for permission from the seller/sellers agent to switch lenders. Get real. The current market and the JBLM demographic in the area allows ppl to bill themselves as “Military Focused”, but I’m pretty underwhelmed with the way it was handled.
