When they toured the home, they gave me very good advice on minor improvements that would yield the most return (and it did!), had quality contractors already lined up to do the work, provided video walk thru's and lots of pictures, communicated often, and generally made the experience as seamless as possible. When a glitch happened with the buyer's financing, they already had alternative options lined up and we still ended up closing with the same buyer. I can't say enough good things about this duo - highly recommend!!
