Experiencia negativa: Be careful saying anything bad they will post your address and info online without your consent. Very unsafe company to do business with. Not happy at all with the service we got from Aaron. He is not a very good communicator at all. He listed house less than he told us, put a sign out without telling us. Put the listing live online without notifying us first. And then once we started open houses he never came only an assistant. He was always a day late with every communication and it was usually after we asked him a question to stimulate a conversation. Just all around a very negative experience with this realtor. And yes we did get two full price offer for our house, but Arron didn't concern with us before listing as to what price to lost at ultimately. Just a surprise listing. And yes it is a super stressful experience so we hoped our realtor would not make it a more stressful experience by communicating with us more frequently and not springing stuff on us or trying to push us into houses we didn't like, Just for a sale.

Experiencia positiva: Rating this group as 3 stars is difficult because each member really has a different job and deserves different ratings, in my opinion, but our overall experience is a 3. There are very good things about them all: they are personable, they answer questions, and they seem to communicate with each other well (so everyone knows what's going on with buying and/or selling your home). We did both, sell our home and buy another. Our sales realtor said we were the easiest clients: we kept our house so easy to show and it sold in 5 days with very little work, even during Covid. However, we felt like he was rushing us to get out before our 5 days were up (which we had planned to do, but didn't appreciate the texts that made us feel inconvenient in moving our family). The other thing was that after we moved, Burrtec didn't come pick up the extra trash even though I had scheduled them; I texted my realtor when I saw they hadn't come to let him know I was calling again, and they assured me they were coming. The next evening, he sent me a picture of the trash still out front. The only reason this bothers me is because he knew I had tried to take care of it and was already stressed with settling my family into the place we were staying while house-hunting and had rushed out 2 days early. It would have been very little trouble for him to take care of that for us and never put it back on my plate. We used a few of their contractors (a handyman, an inspector, an a.c. repairman, and 2 termite inspectors), and would only recommend one of them to anyone we want to keep as friends. Our buying agent showed us lots of houses and had to deal with a very difficult agent for the house we decided to buy. And we appreciate all his efforts in that. But the house we bought has a pool and we decided not to have a special pool inspection with the agreement that the pool and its equipment would be added to our home warranty. Our buying agent forgot to write that down, so our warranty extra coverage is for the a.c. When we called to ask him about it, he told us that the extra coverage is always for the a.c., and didn't remember the conversation we'd had when I reminded him. He said we could pay to add it. By this time, we were frustrated so we just gave in. Lastly, I wasn't going to leave a review because I hate leaving negative reviews and they're very nice people and maybe our experience was an outlier, BUT their office assistant asked me a couple times for a 5-star review. When I told her I would be happy to leave a review but didn't feel comfortable leaving 5 stars, she declined my review. So I decided to leave one.
