Jackson Property has consistently filled my units with qualified tenants that have solid backgrounds quickly which reduces vacancy rates. Their ability to advertise my unit over the Internet using numerous well known companies, including Apartment,com, Zillow, Redfin, and others, ensures my property gets broad exposure.

But as long as I pay my rent on time I do usually get an answer eventually & have had no problems requesting a maintenance service (usually pest control). Not the worst landlord/PMC I've ever had. Rent rate is reasonable, as well. I'll take it.

Experiencia negativa: The property at 375 Alpine in upland th wash room is a need dirty nasty the pool nasty dirty the property itself is dirty the land scaping is horrible by the trash in the alley dirty all around it I think code code enforcement are fair. Housing should be called.

Experiencia negativa: I was a tenant for over 3.5 years with no issues under prior management. This company pressured me to sign a new lease within days despite the lease stating I had 30 days, and threatened further rent increases if I didn’t sign quickly. My access to the lease was revoked multiple times, preventing me from reviewing the terms, and delivery dates were misrepresented. The new lease added extensive liability clauses (mold, water damage, bedbugs) even though management has never inspected the unit and has ignored requests to install a required bathroom exhaust fan. Overall, the experience felt coercive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property management company.

Her genuine care and attention to detail make a real difference and turn a rental into a home. It’s rare to find a landlord who is both professional and personally invested in the tenant’s experience, and I feel very fortunate to have her. I highly recommend Jackson Property Management as a rental property owner. Their team, particularly Marlon, is trustworthy, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Experiencia negativa: Beware. The worst Property Management company I’ve experienced. I rented a property in Crestline from them for only a year and encountered the following issues; the property was dirty upon move-in, leaky roof during rain season (took several weeks and follow up texts to get the softball size hole in the roof repaired), clogged bathroom drain (took over 2.5 months and multiple texts and emails to repair), outdated and hazardous wall heater (took entire year to replace). I would not recommend living in a house with this property management company.

If you are owner of a rental property and want to have issues with your property manager… i highly recommend this company. They put their fee low and then charge for everything after you sign the contract with them and this is when your problems will start. Avoid this company and do not be like me.

Experiencia negativa: This property management company is nothing but a joke they never answer phones phones they never respond in a timely manner I have only been dealing with them for 2 weeks The 1st week I was living in the house for 3 days when they called and told me they couldn't find (lost )my $2000 cashier's checashier's check I have been in the house now for a little less than 2 weeks and they just call to tell me they are now missing a $35 money order I truly believe someone in the office is stealing,, Other than the Pool service the maintenance service absolutely is,, my Agent Connie literally answered my questions with an" I don't know"i have never dealt with a properly management company before and after yhis year I never will again

Experiencia negativa: Completely unprofessional. No one answers the phone ever. The leasing office manager was sitting in the office ignoring my calls, however she did not know I was outside. When I knocked she answered the door scared like she had been caught. The corporate office never answers the phone either. I put in a complaint on their portal website, and someone erased the complaint. I'm assuming it was the leasing office manager. My carpet needs to be cleaned or changed because I am getting an allergic reaction to it, and they do not care. They continue to deny my requests.

Experiencia positiva: It's 4 stars because unfortunately they took over from the previous property managers (who never went up on rent, literally NEVER). So I'm guessing they were brought in to raise the rent gradually. Besides that they're cool. They took over our apartments right before COVID-19 hit so unfortunately they didn't know any of the tenants or have a good rapour with us just yet so it was kind of insensitive to receive emails saying pay your rent or get kicked out (essentially). But they handle all of our maintenence requests so what more can you ask of them!

Experiencia negativa: The office staff is unprofessional. You have to set up an office appointment to talk to anyone. They don't answer the phone impossible to talk to someone in person. When I renewed my lease they had to rewrite my lease 5 times because they kept messing up. I added a person on my lease. They had me complete an application with the wrong address and I didn't trust it. Now I am charged a 5% late fee when I paid the 195.00 fee plus my rent now have to pay another 100.00 for paying this fee with my rent. Connie is not a people's person you feel like a bill collector. The address is not updated they are on Archibald and their online portal is never updated with documents or gets theirs to your questions.

Experiencia negativa: The worse property management ever. Don't believe the 5 star ratings as you can tell how fake they are. Stay away! They are thiefs, bums and so unprofessional. These people that work there are scum of the earth, especially the maintenance "manager".

Experiencia fantástica: I've had some troublesome tenants in the past and was worried about renting my property again. Jackson Property Management have such strict requirements for tenants it really put my mind at ease.

Experiencia negativa: The worst company to deal with. Karen does absolutely nothing to advocate for the tenants. The 24 hour emergency maintenance number never gets answered. When you put in a service request it can take up to 6 months for something to be repaired. And yes, I understand that a property management company is there to be an intermediary, but 6 months? That is beyond ridiculous. They also don't work with your work schedule, like hey, you want me to continue paying? Don't put me at risk of losing my job and thereby not be able to pay my rent. Just don't.

They took almost all my deposit and charge me for repairs that was there when we moved in, they took 80% of my deposit they only gave me $320 from $1900, most of the repairs that they charge me was a lie, do not rent with them unless you don't care about your deposit, I am for sure going to sue them they will regret it. Also most of their good feedback are paid feedback so beware.

Overall I'm not pleased with this company only because within my year I've been tossed to one property manager to another. I'm always in the dark on who i need to deal with In regards to my property. I was rushed into the house and it could of been touched up alot better prior to us moving in. Due to the troubles Jackson Property Management did help a little with discounts and things but at least in my experience i didn't like my treatment.

What I have noticed is that they care much about both tenant and owner, if there has been an issue they have worked very hard to find a happy medium protecting both parties interests. This is great and that is why I HIGHLY recommend to others.

When the tenants moved out, JPM arranged to have the repairs done and they got the house rent ready. Jackson Property Management gets an A+ from us.

Experiencia negativa: This management company is highly disorganized, unprofessional, untimely, and rude. If you are considering renting a property from them, I would highly advise you go elsewhere. I cannot put specifics in this review but I will say that from the moment you sign the lease until you move out (and even after...because you will not get your deposit back) you will regret your decision. All I ask, is that you really look into other places before settling with them.
