Experiencia negativa: I was the fully qualified buyer on a home he listed in Palmdale. My financing was VA-approved, all contingencies were removed, and we were ready to close. Instead, the seller’s side, ignored requests, delayed and then canceled way after the closing date without valid or legal cause. When my broker issued a formal Demand to Close, Mike replied with the words: “I don’t think you want to go down this path with me.” That was a threat, not a professional response. I’m a single mom of two kids, one with a disability, doing everything right to give my family stability — and this situation has caused enormous financial and emotional stress. I was displaced, paying storage, rate lock extensions, and living costs because a licensed agent didn’t honor the contract or uphold ethical standards. If you’re considering working with this agent, please document every interaction and protect yourself. Families deserve honesty, transparency, and accountability — not intimidation.

Mike leans VERY heavily on Heather. Mike over promised and under delivered in our case. We were left feeling discouraged, neglected, and taken advantage of by Mike. Watson and Associates. We wanted to have found the best thing since iced cream, and instead were left with a sour taste in our mouth. Super disappointing. From our vantage point, Mike didn't play well with the other two realtors involved in our transaction. One time when he was requested to return a phone call, his response was, "I don't have time to chit chat with her." Super rude! Most likely that realtor didn't want to chit chat either... but was trying to be a team player instead. I could go on... but that would give Mike more attention that he gave us over the months we had our house listed with him. If you are looking for personalized help to sell your home, Id suggest you find someone else. If you want to list your home and have very little contact with your realtor, Mike is your guy. Heather, you should get your license. ... you are a hard worker... and we appreciate what you did.

Our experience started when I called mike and he personally answered the phone and listened to our needs in a home. I had found a few houses that I wanted to visit, and less than two hours after the first call we were touring homes. We wanted to put in an offer on one of the first houses we looked at. Mike's team had a contract written up in less than an hour. Unfortunately the seller didn't accept our offer, but Mike's team kept us informed and educated the entire time. As soon as we heard that we didn't get the first house, Mike coordinated tours of a few other houses that we were interested in. After the tours we were able to put in another offer. He provided us with solid comp history and helped us develop a competitive offer while staying well within our budget. WE GOT THE HOUSE FOR ASKING PRICE IN 2021 without sacrificing any contingencies. That is almost totally unheard of, and it was really only possible because of the help and experience from Mike's team. This was our first time buying a home so we had a lot of questions, but we also came informed and educated. Mike was able to quickly answer all of our questions, while helping us better understand the market. After we closed Mike has continued to reach out and make sure our new house is working well for us, and has provided a few nice perks around the holidays.
