Experiencia negativa: I showed up at 9:20 in the morning office was not open. I seen a lady get out of her car walking to the office so I knocked on the door. No one even opened up the door for me. Nothing I don’t recommend using this company., And my opinion, I personally think that they are stuck up and don’t know what the hell they’re doing especially when a client is trying to knock on the door. I’m not gonna bother calling the phone number or anything. If this is how they treat people, they don’t know. Imagine how they treat the people they have accounts with..

Their online reporting system makes tracking financials effortless. Their responsiveness and overall expertise in managing commercial rental properties are superb. Experiencia fantástica: I always have the best experience with Allyson/ Elissa I get the names mixed up, it’s the one thats been their the longest from PMI. She makes sure the entire process is smooth and stress-free, she makes sure I have everything I need. She answered all of my questions and was always patient, thorough, efficient and helpful—even when I felt like I was asking a lot. This is an update. It’s Elisa. Let’s just say the one with two l in her name that’s been their longest from my day of stay. Update 6/4/2026 I wanted to provide an updated review for PMI Property Management of Antelope Valley. I previously left a positive review, but after my recent experience, I felt it was important to update it and express my appreciation once again. During the process of moving, I unfortunately injured my back, which made completing everything on time extremely difficult. Elissa and Allyson, and the PMI Property Management team showed me kindness, patience, and understanding during a very stressful time. Their willingness to work with me and give me additional time made a significant difference. As an African American woman, I have not always experienced the best customer service from property management companies in the past. Because of that, I especially appreciate being treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. Elissa took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and treat me with dignity throughout the process. Moving can be overwhelming, and when unexpected health issues arise, it can become even more challenging. I am truly grateful for the understanding and support that was shown to me. Experiencia negativa: They violate your First Amendment right by hanging up the phone due to frustration that they caused can't even obtain a reasonable compromise instead more frustration thanks to the inability of Allison not knowing the difference between personal and work-related issues I find PMI distasteful an unprofessional towards veterans and I will not be using them in the near future as it seems as though they don't care about business or the well being of our Veterans

Experiencia negativa: I had an extremely disappointing experience with MPI Property Management regarding the return of a guest parking pass. When I initially purchased the pass around January 6, 2025, I was informed by the HOA that I could return it for a refund when I no longer needed it. I even visited MPI’s office in person with cash, as they only accepted cash payments. Now that I am moving out, I contacted MPI to follow the process for returning the pass and receiving my refund, only to be met with unprofessional and outright rude behavior from an HOA representative. Instead of assisting me, she repeatedly interrupted me and spoke in a condescending manner, making the entire process unnecessarily difficult. It is unacceptable for a company that deals with tenants and homeowners to treat people so poorly. I remained patient and respectful despite the unprofessionalism, but no one should have to experience such rudeness when simply trying to follow the instructions given at the time of purchase. I am still awaiting my refund and hope they will resolve this properly. If you are dealing with MPI or this HOA, be prepared for poor customer service and a lack of professionalism.

Customer service has gone down everywhere you go including phone calls and even in person. Was not the case with Jennifer. She was laughing and making everything easy and smooth she's knowledgeable and friendly. Hard to find nowadays. Jennifer.

They are very prompt when you need something fix they get right on it. They are so understanding. When I needed to be a little late on rent, do to some situation. It was ok I didn't have to worry about my rent and the situation I was going threw. I love them and appreciate them. I wouldn't rent from Noone else but them. I want to thank them for everything they do and for caring so much about people because you never know what someone else might be going threw. Their places are well kept and community are quiet and clean. PMI Property management is the best.

During that time they have been very helpful in handling any issues with tenants and especially with the challenges that arose during COVID. They do a great job of keeping us informed of service requests and we appreciate that they are flexible to work with our contractor when possible. Having PMI manage the rent collection and tenant communication, as well as marketing and showing the property gives us peace of mind.

The rental process went smoothly and PMI was nice enough to schedule a long tour of the home so I could take all of the pictures and measurements that I needed. Additionally, they are always friendly and professional on the phone when I call, and they are quick to resolve maintenance issues when they arise. They are also quick to reach out to the owner when I have specific questions (i.e. painting, lease extension). When it was time to renew my lease, the owner was immediately contacted and I was given an answer right away, which was very much appreciated. Thank you, PMI, for a job well done! Experiencia negativa: They do not respond to maintenance calls. Was at rental property for 2+ years and left the home clean with no damage (normal wear and tear only) but they keep majority of deposit for cleanups and maintenance that they are responsible for.

They are fair and friendly and go out of their way to make sure that they find the perfect place for you to call home. Alyssa is awesome, her professionalism along with the rest of the office staff speaks volumes. All reported repairs are done quickly and Alyssa always calls to make sure that the repairs were completed. Each time I went to the office I was greeted with a friendly face and I didn’t have to ring a bell or struggle to get noticed. Experiencia negativa: I like that they answered the phone and called back, they were nice and somewhat professional. They forgot about my appointment and didn't show up to show the rental we wanted to look at. Then I rescheduled and he didn't show on time so I called and he said he was going to be leaving. So i looked at where there office was and it was clear across town at least 20 minutes when it's been 15 minutes past the time we were supposed to meet.

Experiencia negativa: Antelope Valley Real Property Management is the worst property management company I have ever experienced. They don't even try to conduct good business. They will lie and scam to get money out of people, and immediately after you sign a contract, they turn into the devil. They are all related so they lie and even create documents to back each other in the office. They couldn't care less about you, your property, or your experience, and they make no apologies about it. Not only should they be shut down, they she be prosecuted. As a tenant I have been threatened with eviction even though my rent was paid, and I have found that they are consistently ripping off the owner by telling him they are making repairs that they are not, while leaving the property in disrepair and unclean.

Experiencia fantástica: I rented my beautiful house from them over a year ago, and still reside here. I was in a rush to rent it, to bring my mother home from a facility. Alyssa did everything very quickly and got us right in. She was personable, sweet and professional. They were flexible with the lease. My mother was terminally ill, and I was worried about getting stuck in a lease. There has been quite a few times that something has broken, and they send repairmen right away...The few times that there was a delay, it has been the repair people that are being unprofessional. Any time that I email Alyssa, she always gets back to me right away. They do have seating at the office, with a table, in the back. I didn't find anything unusual about that, as it is not an office that usually entertains clients. I don't ever deal with anyone else in the office, as Alyssa handles everything for us. I wouldn't expect other workers to have any knowledge of my rental, as they have never worked with me. In my opinion, this company has been awesome! I have absolutely no complaints...and would recommend them. I love my home and the rental company service.
