He really listens (even when I don't think he's listening). I knew I'd work with him forever, after we found a house I really liked and could see fixing up. He was quiet for awhile, but then finally said, "We can do better for you. I get that you like it, and I see why. But I can tell it's cheaply constructed. I wouldn't feel right if I didn't tell you that." I didn't buy that house. And he was right. It took a while, but we found a home that was better for me in every way.
