Experiencia fantástica: Trent was referred to us by a close friend. We started working with Trent in the spring of 2017. He showed us some homes, and helped us with what we needed to do to stage our home to sell. He recommended foundation experts, electricians, and other trades to help us sell our home. It worked out like a champ because we sold it for $10K above asking during the summer of 2018. Before we sold it, we hit the ground running and began the new home search, with Trent leading the way. Trent's superior knowledge of the market and what we should be looking for/not looking for when buying a home was unparalleled. His patience with us as we looked for homes and asked questions (lots!!) was amazing. He returned our calls promptly and spend significant time on reviewing forms/contracts/etc. to make sure that everything was lined out for selling. In addition, he helped facilitate the purchase of the new home we had built from scratch in Little Elm. We knew the market was insane so we didn’t have much hope and made a back-up plan to extend our lease if we didn’t find anything. I knew immediately he and I would work well together...and we did! He is extremely knowledgeable about the town and neighborhood I lived in.
