Knowing the rates were low due to Covid, I knew I should buy a house, but had no idea where to start. A family member referred me to Stacey and right off the bat things were great. Because I did not know what I was really looking for, she took the approach of feeling me out to get a better understanding of what I did and didn't like in a house, which I was learning myself! She was very honest, clear, experienced, and organized. If I ever had any questions, she knew the answers and got back to me very quickly. When looking at houses, communication was effortless and she was able get access to them very quickly. I eventually found the house of my vision and she helped me with all the contacts and paperwork I needed to accomplish the closing, much faster than I anticipated.
