Experiencia negativa: Buying my first home through this company was one of the worst experiences imaginable. From start to finish, there was zero professionalism, constant dishonesty, and complete lack of communication.The agent Jose Ramirez and his associates were involved in fraudulent practices helping his friend sell a home that had multiple hidden issues and violating several disclosure laws. We discovered severe problems that were deliberately covered up, and instead of accountability, we were met with excuses and silence. To make things worse, they took money from me that was prorated and should never have been collected, showing this company has no integrity or transparency whatsoever. The entire process felt like dealing with a shady backyard operation rather than licensed professionals. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They will smile to get your signature and disappear the moment problems arise. If you value honesty, communication, and basic ethics go anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: I was “invited.” Been a couple of times. It gives “we’re selling Kirby vacuums…!” After two hours of uncomfortably loud music and nonsensical blabber about the background of the selected speakers, it’s quickly apparent one is expected to build a pyramid. They have “started from the bottom now we’re here” stories and will even go so far as to present white envelopes to certain speakers with supposed checks inside to entice the “invitee” to want to join and build their own pyramid of unsuspecting participants. You’ll be constantly asked, “if you know anyone interested yada yada yada,” and will be looked at crazy when you answer with “no!” I was told to dress to impress and bring a notepad and pen to take lots of notes, neither of which were necessary. A 30 minute Google search might have been more informative as I was left with more questions than answers after the “meeting” was over. If interested in becoming a true Broker by way of becoming an Agent, I’d seek professional council because this ain’t it.

Before finding The IVRI Group I knew I wanted to get into real estate but didn’t know how to start I even reached out to other companies and was told “go get the license, then come back” which got really frustrating because there was so many real estate schools and course I didn’t know which one to choose from. Until I came across The IVRI Group after attending an Opportunity Night and being in an environment that people are wanting to change for their families and all just hungry to win, because you know what they say birds of a feather flock together. After that not only did I get hands on training while completing my courses but also got my license and with that was able to help my cousin and his wife purchase their first home and love the fact that I get to no just close a deal but it’s the emotional journey your on and the personal growth that you obtain and no it doesn’t happen overnight but give 6months to a year and if your are consistent you will see a change in yourself

Experiencia fantástica: Personally, I know many real estate agents/ brokerages but never felt like any of them can basically hold me by the hand to teach me what they know. All of them told me to get a license first and then they will “help” me. However, this company was DIFFERENT in a great way! For starters, they allowed me to do this part time (keeping my full time job) and didn’t require me to be licensed. When I joined, they enrolled me into real estate school, so that I can get my license and gave me real hands on training with a licensed agent. This unlicensed training by default showed me families questions, concerns and even fears when wanting to purchase/ sell, in which I learned how to ease families and EDUCATE THEM about the whole process itself BEFORE SIGNING ANY CONTRACTS! Now I’m licensed and have continued the spirit of educating families instead of being a typical salesperson who just wants to chase a check. This has now led to me and my partner servicing 15 families, making money and about to open up our own franchise office.

I will not return back as they lost my personal documents and had no idea explanation to what happend and I have to repay the fees over again . If your planning on becoming a agent I suggest go to a real brokerage where they will actually respect and teach you the route then use there corny warm market technique to So call use family and friends . I literally did everything on my own, from searching for homes, making my own appointments to dealing with a tenant refusing to move. 2 agents including the company owner “Omar” did nothing about my home being hostage by a tenant. Would never recommend buying a home from this company or working for this company since none of the agents are educated in proper real estate. Interested in buying a home? Save yourself by looking for a legitimate company. I was a better realtor on my own verses the agents at this company.

Experiencia negativa: So for the people who got invited to these meetings and have never been before here’s what happens. The company wants you to go to all these pointless seminars. They say to take notes during them but you get more sage advice from a Instagram influencer. Then 30 mins of an actual lesson. 2 hours and you’ll eventually learn what “Definite Purpose” means. They charge you $250 for the books you can get cheaper online and they’re non-refundable. Business model = Warm markets for easy sales without them there goes any real training.Most people don’t realize when they say you can make money, you’re being scammed out of using your friends and family to get your training while you get a small piece of the pot. Why do you think they ask you to recruit more people to opportunity night? The brokers are literally getting the piece of the pie without doing any real work. That’s their business model sure, but don’t use this as a justified reason to set them up with your family and friends when you do get a real estate license you can take that easy sale yourself. Bottom line, you should explore your options. It makes sense that they encourage you to recruit more people so they can make even more money off of you without doing real work. They do these call days and what I found most useful is nothing. You don’t learn a thing there until you’re out in the field. Don’t be peer-pressured to go to these meetings unless you can sit through an hour and a half of “here’s why this company is better” and I’m pretty sure they’ll take anybody so just wear some sweat pants and some flipflops and you’ll be good to go no need to front with a blazer or a nice pair of heels. They literally take anyone.
