He gave me a beginner’s guide to the home-buying process that really helped break down all the technical details, from what to expect at each stage to how decisions are made along the way. I originally reached out to Lucas to help my sister plan since she’s too busy for a one-on-one meeting, but I ended up learning a lot for myself as well. When I asked her to see a property for a second time, she yelled at me over the phone and said she didn't have time for 'indecisive' clients. Her lack of patience made me feel pressured to make a quick decision. I felt like she wasn't representing me, but rather her own agenda. She has no patience at all.

Experiencia fantástica: From the first moment I contacted Brian Zamora with the Gold Group he was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I were looking to move from southern California to the Sacramento area but really had no idea about the surrounding cities. Brian took us to tour several homes in 3 different areas around Sacramento County. He spent an entire day with us answering questions about real estate, the home buying process and helping us narrow down our search area. We knew we were not ready to buy a house until many months later but the fact that he showed us around and didn’t pressure us to buy something that day was beyond our expectations. We were not able to view the homes in person due to the long distance and our work schedules, so Brian would do facetime walk throughs with us and tell us about the area of town. This was super valuable for us so we could make a well-informed decision, especially because Brian really knows the area of Elk Grove. When we decided on a home, Brian went above and beyond for us. We put in an offer, and he was there for us during the entire process. I must have texted him every other day – ha! But he was always responsive and helpful. In addition, we were lucky to also work with his wife, Molly, who was awesome! Both together made our first home purchase as smooth and enjoyable as possible! If you are looking for a realtor who is honest, genuine, and really cares about their clients, the Gold Group and Brian Zamora should be your first choice. We both feel so incredibly lucky to have Brian as our realtor and will recommend him to every one of our friends and family.

She is very knowledgeable, reliable, supportive and nice. She though about and delivered the best service for her customers, including me. Even though my wife and I had many questions, she was always willing to pick up the phone anytime and tried her best to answer our questions. I didn’t live at Roseville and needed a local agent who could give us as much inside information and advices as possible. So, my wife and I were extremely happy when working with Hayley after trying with some others local agents.
