My fiancee and I wanted to move to Wilton during a time when there was super-limited inventory and houses were selling above asking price.  To complicate things, we were first-time home buyers and had pretty specific criteria :) Due to our own lack of experience, we lost a couple of bids in the beginning.  The third try was our absolute dream home and we knew we had to have it.  Dianne and Rachel walked us through the process every step of the way.  They were always available and always patient when explaining how to take it to finish. We followed their guidance and closed at almost exactly the asking price.  Now, we can't imagine NOT living here.  We later found out that the other two homes we 'lost' needed a ton of work, and ours was by far the best of the lot, in the best location.  We're convinced the only reason we have this place is because of them. If that wasn't enough, they made the process fun with constant laughs.  We also assumed we were the only active clients, because their response times and dedication was impeccable.  But no- they're just that good.
