Experiencia negativa: If I could provide a 0 star rating, I would. Recently (May 2025) I bought a home that was listed by Nicole Reed after attending an open house. At the open house, Nicole and her fellow agents made false claims about aspects of the home that were major selling points. Then as we were under contract, Nicole and her team were nearly unresponsive to major questions about the contract, about the fixtures included with the home (solar panels), and waited until the very last minute to return the seller’s end of the contract- resulting in needing to respond with no deliberation to meet the contract’s timeline. When we asked about inspection reports and invoices for agreed upon work, it took multiple days of repeated contact to recover what looks like a fake and scribbled together invoice for work that was $0 with no invoice date or date of service. Upon closing of the house, our realtors nor ourselves were provided ANY information or paperwork about the care, account information, or how to even monitor the system. If you’re looking for a real estate agent, I’d suggest working with someone who will actually communicate with you. Nicole Reed and her team are not that team despite their “fame”. In response to Nicole’s response, you’re correct you weren’t MY agent. But you are the selling agent on the home I just purchased. I had to remove YOUR sign from my home’s lawn, I had to reach out to the previous owners to gain ANY information about the home since your office DID NOT provide that. Your office also kept the listing as “available” the entire time until 2 days before closing, despite being under contract the day after the Open House…the list continues…

When we asked for a couple months for a break in between looking at a house Nicole was very understanding and knowledgeable on what things to do and look out for till we were ready again. and when we were ready again Nicole whent to work. the whole experience was fantastic. She worked hard and had our back threw out the whole process. Its been 3 months after we bought our house and she gave us a call to see how we were doing and how we liked the house.
