She is very knowledgeable of the area. We asked to see a variety of homes ranging from excellent condition to fixer uppers. Johana's understanding of home repairs provided valuable insight as we weighed pros and cons. We traveled from out of state and needed a full day to see homes in several communities. Johana set the weekend aside for us and we were glad she did as we made an offer before leaving on Sunday. After the offer was accepted, Johana gave recommendations for various inspectors whose services we were very pleased with. We've now closed, and Johana continues to check in to see how things are going and if she can help with anything as we settle in.
