As first-time home buyers, we were extremely nervous and had little knowledge about the home-buying process. Being in the military and having a hectic schedule with hard deadlines added additional stress. Additionally, we were very indecisive about what we wanted. Marylin was patient, guided us through the process, and provided her opinions, giving us a different perspective that helped us make decisions. We opted for a new build home, which took about six months from our decision to closing. Throughout this period, Marylin provided continuous updates.
