I promptly received a call back from one of their best agents that made me feel comfortable and walked me through all of the steps. The following week I was on non stop appointments. I am very pleased with the excellent knowledge, expertise & communication skills she has. We met in the beginning of October of ‘2019. Once we met, I told her what I was looking for and the price range I was qualified for. She immediately notated my options and compiled a list of properties that fit my needs. She is very precise and thorough with the information provided. She coordinated showings to fit my work schedule. She was always punctual in all her appointments. I was so pleased with her professionalism and character. Very easy to get along and communicate easily. Excellent negotiator when presenting offers and providing an estimate if investment was good option for me considering all costs and to arrive at my rental cap return. I am so grateful to have her as my realtor to make my real estate investment a reality. Without her, I would have been so lost in what to buy to get a decent return investment. She gave the courage to continue looking for the right property so we can close the deal. Although, she left on vacation to Columbia to see her family for Christmas, she was always reachable by phone or email. She coordinated the inspections on the property prior to her trip with a great company called Trueview Inspections. She handled all the issues with inspections & follow-up appointments to ensure the pending items on the inspections report were completed to my satisfaction.
