Experiencia negativa: This clown illegally had a robo caller call and text me 5 times at 5am EST unsolicited without my consent. And he will not stop. I definitely did not complete a form. I’ve given the business owner many opportunities to provide the opt in or form that he claims I completed. Shockingly, he will not provide it because he does not have it. He never legally obtained my consent. He used a robo dialer to SPAM me incessantly. I also received several calls. He is not a victim of “creating an AI”. There are very specific laws that need to be followed. He disregarded those, and now claims that it was just a mistake. If you don’t know what you are doing, I suggest you spend the time it takes to learn. Then your mistakes will be limited and legal.

Experiencia negativa: William Gardner — pay attention to this name. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT place your license with this brokerage owned by WILLIAM GARDNER. He STOLE my commission check. He deposited it and did not inform me that he did. After following up with him many times, he started adding more and more steps that I “needed” in order for me to get paid. He then proceeded to insult me when I noticed that he was just going to find an excuse not to pay me. He then fired me and blocked me. He is currently living in COLOMBIA so good luck finding him. His demeanor is disrespectful, narcissist and he is always trying to sell you his “real estate tools” instead of helping you with the information you needed from him at first place. He would not let you talk and undermine you. Be careful and pay attention when you talk to this red flag of a “human” being.

The broker sounds like he is high af all the time and his assistant Juan Gallo is breaking laws regarding spamming people with unrequsted texting. After multiple attempts to make it stop they still continue to spam. Sending the history to the FCC. Take their license!

Experiencia negativa: Beware of this Broker! In my opinion there is a violation committing Civil Theft. GLR has stolen my commission of $8000. And Fired me! By saying misconduct, not following policies n Procedures. Sounds familiar to the other reviews I've read on his page. See I'm not alone in the disgust. Seems his M.O. to make stealing commission easy from agents. The horrible way many other agents were treated to keep using his business tactics to keep agents commissions. Im a RE Agent since 1987. Would never thought I'd find this kinda evil greed in my business from my own Broker. No communication skills, no support to his agents! Using screeming to intimate his agents and finding fault to rob agents. Gods righteousness will prevail. Do not work with this Brokerage!

Experiencia negativa: Thinking of going with this Broker, PLEASE READ! I signed on with Bill Gardner in 2019, he had this song and dance about how great he was, how he offered 24/7 support and gave his cell phone number stating I could call anytime and that he was headquartered in sunny Miami Beach. Well, be prepared, that is not the case. He actually lives in Colombia! I had a closing on June 1, 2023 and HE KEPT my entire commission until I started filing complaints with the DBPR and the Miami Board of Realtors and then he paid me a small portion, telling me “I’d rather just pay you to get you the **** out of my life." Well, if he wanted me out of his life, he should have paid me what he owed me, not some small fraction of it. He told me his attorney would be contacting me and he never did. He told me I did “everything perfectly,” regarding my June 1 closing, then tells me later on I’m not getting a penny, stating wrongful conduct. This coming from a man who told me on a recorded line that he has 2 ethics complaints and is being investigated by the State. He provides little to no support to his agents and claims he “gets rid of the bad ones” by firing them, or maybe getting them to quit when he calls them an idiot, or tells you he hates your guts, or using the F word, like he did with me. I am not a high volume realtor, and when Bill said he would always be there for me, I trusted him. That sure was not the case the week of my closing, he basically yelled at me and told me I was committing wrongful conduct. I needed him to do HIS job as a Broker and review documents before a closing and answer some very simple questions. He claimed he wasn’t working, taking the day off, it was the middle of the week, middle of the day. His favorite line, “it’s not a matter of life or death, it’s just real estate.” Well, when you count on a commission to feed your family as many agents do, it does matter, a lot! He refused mediation THAT HE REQUIRES and now I had to file for arbitration to get the rest of my money. No response from him yet! Watch out for the bait and switch!!! He lies because what he says on the phone and on his websites contradict the broker agreement and policy manual he makes you sign and then he doesn't even follow it himself and keeps your commission. This has happened to over a dozen agents of his and I would bet there are probably a lot more of you out there. He justifies this by telling everyone they committed “wrongful conduct.” He is the one committing wrongful conduct, why else would the State be investigating him? He states in a sales pitch “you’re not alone.” Ha! Then, it gets better, when he fires you for wrongful conduct, (see a pattern here) he then claims he only has to pay you half your commission because he forces you to sign the agreements/contracts that state he can keep half your commission if he fires you, but tells you if you don’t sign you get nothing. Sounds like coercion to me. I really wanted to get paid and when he continually badgered me to sign or not get paid at all, well, I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Read the google reviews and see how he tries to turn every prior negative complaint into blaming the agent stating they didn't abide by his contract. He claims he has to manage 550 agents and he “doesn’t always get to everything.” I am not aware of him employing a single EMPLOYEE since I signed on, just subcontractors and lately they have come and gone like the wind. He even left the name of one of the competent administrators I had the pleasure of working with on his websites for months and months when she didn’t even work for him anymore, (little did I know she had quit), then yelled at me for contacting her. If he didn’t want me to contact her why advertise her on his website? The last administrator he had (that I worked with) was new to the business and admitted she really wasn’t sure what she was supposed to be doing. I do not appreciate working with such an unprofessional business owner that yells, belittles and threatens. Make your own determination…

Experiencia negativa: Called to get info on two properties that I wanted to make an offer on and the gentleman demanded how the transactions were going to go without even knowing if I wanted the properties. All I asked were for the parcel ID's. He then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked him to clarify the terms of the deal. Hire a different agent if these guys have it listed - this is just bad business. As an investor I've never came across such people that are so unprofessional.

The Broker who answered was disrespectful, had a very nasty attitude and was rude and very unprofessional. I am warning other Agents who are thinking about joining this company. Then asks me if I have $3300, something told me to say no.. and when I said no he hung up and now I’m calling back it’s going straight to voicemail.. Thanks for the warning to the guy who answered.

Experiencia negativa: Agent Bibi Hakim does not respond timely to showing requests, when advice to do so she becomes combative and unprofesional. Apparently she has 80 showing requests to go through, I've submitted a showing request 3 days ago, called, texted and emailed her to follow up, finally replied 3 days later with some language that she has "no time to text back and forth about your feelings" however she does have time to text combative texts this morning, this is a realtor that is not practicing cooperation with other realtors and likely looking to cash in on both ends of the deal as she has in the past by not showing and waiting to get a buyer also. MLS A10932674 in closing Agent Hakim should learn how to use ShowingAssist not texting for showings.

El nombre de Realtor Sean MC Cabe, el Broker es una persona sin ni el educacional, desviando del tema, menosprecia en su poca capacidad intelectual como profesional, muy decepcionada con ellos, guardo mensajes de texto de su arrogancia ridicula.

Bill and his team worked with me to get everything posted. They are very professional, have amazing service and care deeply about their agents. It's a fanatic commission structure and so easy to work with! If you're looking to buy a home, definitely use a Global Realty Agent. Since they take care of their agents - their agents will take care of you! Wish I could give 10 stars instead of just 5!!! Thank you Bill and team!!!

After I gave the money order for the background check, there was absolutely no progress. Every time we were about to "view a unit", something went wrong. I ended up finding my own apartment. I feel that I wasted my money and time. If you're looking for a Realtor, go elsewhere.

What's worse is that he tells me he doesn't need my business and can refuse me service when I am the one who told him I would not be using his services due to the fact that he did not listen to what I wanted.
