He helped us negotiate with the builder and get the upgrades we wanted. Then a little over ten years later we sold our townhome with Tony’s help. We lived out of state and he was willing to check on things in the home for us several times since we weren’t able to do them ourselves. He saved us a ton of money after inspections by helping us figure out how to do the repairs and even realized we didn’t need the window replacements suggested by the inspector as the windows were fine! They were just dirty. He’s just a smart dude and willing to help out in so many ways. I really appreciate that he was honest in what he thought was the best price for the current market, and gave us great advice and helped us get the most out of our sale.

We found Tony's website and signed up to receive emails showing information on homes available. Every time we visited Idaho, we set up an appointment with Tony to tour the ones we were interested in. Tony always made time to work us into his schedule. Tony isn’t one of those “high-pressure” real estate agents who constantly badger their clients to “sign a contract”. He simply let us look, determine for ourselves what would work for our family, and was there to answer any questions we had. My husband and I were in and out of town at different times, and Tony was willing to show us homes separately without ever complaining. After viewing a few homes, Tony was able to get an idea of what we were looking for and was able to make suggestions on other properties we hadn’t seen that might fit our needs.
