Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 - He is the real deal. I’ve been a Realtor 10+ years so I’m picky who I trust. We did an out of state move and first met Ronnie at a showing in my brother in laws neighborhood. He agreed to meet us last minute on a visit on a holiday weekend and gave us so much info on the area (not the best restaurants but which builder builds the best homes, what development is coming, etc). He stayed in touch and we saw a few more a few months later when he set us up on an auto notification. We appreciated the school guidance in Lexington too, as he has ES and HS insight. We saw a house randomly we fell in love with 10 months after that first look. He was always helpful and we respected his hours - being a Realtor is a 24/7 task. I didn’t see the house before we put in an offer but he had all the answers from the seller and agent. He went back to measure a few things when we were back in TN. When I made the trip, he was not available (we only had a short window) and he coordinated another agent to show us and she was very communicative too. We had a last minute situation with the seller and he handled it like a true professional. After closing, he set us up with an incredible plumber and painter (who hooked us up with a concrete guy). I should mention his lender recommendation was so knowledgeable but also super down to earth (I’ve known my fair share of good talkers with no brains in my time). Ronnie runs his business well and we never felt like we weren’t a priority because of our timeline or our price point. I’ve sent him a few referral for Columbia and Ft Jackson too. A million stars ⭐️

We bought it as an investment property and after one month of buying it we figured that we cannot rent this property till after 2 years because of HOa rules . We weren’t informed by that by anyone . We were sent the old HOa guidelines without this band . So now we are stuck with the loan and the property is useless to us

At the time we were not ready to buy and would need ro sell our home first and figured this home would be gone. Ronnie took the time to answer all questions and get answers knowing this was a long game that ended up short. No hesitation ever in helping us. Once we decide to make the move we started asking many more questions and Ronnie always got us answers. We sold our house in 2 days with a 2 week escrow. Negotiations with the seller were tough as they were very uncooperative. We ended up walking away and figured we would find something when we got to Lexington. A couple days later Ronnie called and the seller came back really wanting to make a deal. Again she was not cooperative and Ronnie and the sellers representative came up with an alternative to make a deal work. Ronnie watched out for us through the whole process and kept notes on things we forgot. It was not an easy deal as the seller made it all challenging up to the signing of the papers. I would recommend Ronnie, he will do everything he can for you and is a wealth of knowledge on businesses in the area even after you close.

We purchased our new home about a month before selling our previous one. Both sides went through seamlessly and Ronnie did a great job making sure we were informed and had what we needed. We had to jump a few hurdles (skyrocketing interest rates, rate lock time crunches, buyout of the construction company, etc.), but he kept us up to date and answered all of our questions even when was on vacation.
