We honestly wouldn't recommend that experience if you can avoid it! It was stressful, but Jill's expertise, organization, calm demeanor, and positive attitude made it all work out. We ended up with a much nicer home than we ever imagined possible, in a neighborhood that is a perfect fit for our family. I got to say up front I never trusted them. I don't trust anybody that works on commission. Commission sales brings out the worst in people. That system of payment only benefits the agency not the agents. So with that said, if you want an agent that you can trust: Thats Jill. She worked with me and my wife for 2.5 years to find a house on the lake. She found us the perfect house and we got the deal. I owe her more than the commission. She made my wife very happy. You know what they say: Happy wife, happy life. After 4 months she showed up at our home which is miles from no where just to follow up. She is just good people.
