"we're good", I only asked him once and the question couldn't have been answered with "we're good." I don't know who they have answering the phone but looks like I won't be doing business with them.... Maybe hire someone intelligent enough to respond to a simple question, with a relevant response....then we can talk.

I brought richard a few locations as a reference we met at his office and we discussed plans for relocating my business. Within days gave me options on properties that I could lease or buy. Richard helped me narrow down the best locations that fit my business. He took into consideration parking, size of the unit, traffic, zoning, access and even spoke to the city regarding zoning. Richard was so good presenting my finances and business history he was able to negotiated a rent increase from 8% to a 5% rate which longterm wise makes a big difference.
