Experiencia fantástica: This review is long overdue! I own a few properties and got to a point where I was just over the day to day of managing everything. It started to feel like a second full time job. I was referred to Josue at El Camino Property and I honestly couldn’t be more thankful. He made the whole process feel easy right away. He’s big on clear, transparent communication so I’m never left wondering what’s going on. Super responsive, super friendly, and just easy to work with. If you’re a property owner and tired of handling everything yourself, I definitely recommend Josue. He’s taken a lot off my plate and given me peace of mind.

Experiencia negativa: I lived in a unit handled by them in Orange County, CA and within the year I dealt with: - Trash not getting taken out for 2 weeks - Hot water getting shut off consistently - Parking tickets - was told I didn't need a permit to park in the neighborhood where the unit was located at, which was incorrect. The city requires the property management to apply for parking permits for the unit. By the time the mgmt was informed, the city had changed their laws to not allow apartments tenants to get permits. Got about 14 parking tickets within 6 months of living there and couldn't do anything about it. - Electricity consistently going out. When I contacted them about my power being out, they asked me to go outside and check the electrical panel on the building because they did not have an electrician they could send to the unit. They eventually sent out an electrician to address the issue 3 months after my initial complaint. - Admin issues. So. Many. Admin. Issues. The company has several emails and phone numbers to contact but finding the right person to contact is such a journey. When I tried to address the electricity issue, I was routed to several different emails and phone numbers. And I just received a utility bill for an apartment I haven't lived in for 2 months because they have not cancelled my account. - Moving out was extremely difficult. When I moved out, my current property management had to reach out to 3 separate people because they kept giving me the wrong contact information. On my last day, I was told to just leave my key "in the apartment" with the door unlocked. That feels like a huge security issue and really speaks to their lack of care. The only thing this company has been consistent about is their unprofessionalism and lack of care when addressing tenant issues. Would only recommend to stay away from properties handled by this company.

Experiencia negativa: Hate it here. Horrible Neighborhood! car got stolen twice. Properties are not maintained (paint chipping holes ect mold under sink, flickering bathroom lights. Management was good until you have an issue then they turn into a problem. Smh. I wish I never moved here.

Experiencia negativa: Waisted my time with a landlord who has a trauma and a stereotype issues from previous tenants. I believe that they knew since the first beginning yet they kept on killing time with extremely slow messages. The house was a disaster. The post said it has two bathrooms while it has one bath and another disgusting half bath in the garage. What a shame!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I were finally able to purchase a condominium that we would be able to use as a second home and rent it when not in use. Due to both of us having very busy careers and daily life responsibilities, we would not be able to dedicate quality attention and time to any future tenant concerns or repair request that may arise. Our realtor at the time recommended we contact "El Camino Property Management" who he had been using for his rental properties and gave them rave reviews. We eventually made contact with Josue Barrios with "El Camino Property Management" and scheduled to meet and do a walkthrough of the property. Josue was very professional and very knowledgeable on the surrounding rental trends. He provided us with great ideas and strategies on how to market our property. Josue introduced us to one of his office partners by the name of Minerva, who has been fantastic. Our property is currently being rented and Minerva has walked us through the whole management process. As we had predicted the tenant has had a couple of concerns and repairs and Minerva has immediately notified us and together have resolved the problem in a timely manner. We truly feel that our property is in good hands with "El Camino property Management" and our tenant is very happy.

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend this management company. The property managers never give you a call back to inform you if you were approved or denied. I left several messages asking for a call back and the property manager never returned my call. I waited almost a month to get a response and never heard back until I went on their website and noticed the listing had been removed. Don't bother applying with this place, they will just take your money. I was more than qualified and I was just given the run around.
