They suggested minor upgrades to the property -- new flooring, carpeting and touch-ups -- and Briana was a master at staging. However, Jason and Briana believed in putting the best foot forward to maximize its potential, which is what we wanted for our property as well. They took professional photos, had a good team of folks to get our condo market ready, added necessary pieces to stage the home, and marketed well. My wife and began this home buying journey about a year ago, and I came across Jason and Briana’s Youtube video. They are a husband and wife team which isn’t they uncommon but the way they work and the level of care they give is very uncommon.
