I had 101 questions and needed guidance in navigating all the in's and out's. Joe was able to answer and refer me to all the necessary parties. From obtaining a tax ID, helped with getting the remaining items in the home cleared out. He was sooooo helpful and informative in the entire process from start to closing. Even helped by referring me to Kevin to open an account for my mother's estate as everything was in a trust. Also referring me to an estate tax preparer so when I have to file my mother's final tax return. He always kept me in the loop as to what was going on and was prompt in getting back to me with any questions I had. I found him to be extremely effective getting the house on the market in a timely manner at a great price.
