Our home sold on the first day Hazel Shipley listed it, for over double what we paid for it 7 years ago! I doubt we could have achieved this without her. She connected us with a great tree trimmer who made our yard and willows more beautiful than we ever saw them before. She had a phenomenal photographer capture beautiful images of the property that looked stunning. She helped us determine the perfect price , and as high as I thought it was for asking, apparently it was just right. From our first meeting with Hazel Shipley we knew she was exactly what we wanted. After our initial contact with Hazel in July we set out our requirements and coordinated plans pending the sale of our property.
