She went above and beyond with her advice and expertise to guide us through the transaction from start to closing! Her local knowledge of the housing market in the area payed dividends and we received multiple offers over asking price after only one open house. Nicole was with us throughout the entire process, from getting the home cleaned out, prepped and ready for a spring listing, even taking on an super-active role in staging the house in a fashion that highlighted the home's interior and layout very smartly. Nicole’s communication skills are flawless and she was always available when we had specific questions or needed to reach her directly. She is exceptionally skilled in anticipating and then adapting to challenges that popped up along the way with a huge network of contractors to draw from providing any additional services needed to have property looking appealing and attractive for the home’s listing. For example the home had a permitting issue with the building dept. in Trumbull because of an AC install that was never filed properly in 2021. The electrician then re-filed the permit, identified the inspectors concerns and implemented the necessary changes to close out the permit to receive the Certificate of Occupancy. She was at the home for that final inspection with the town building inspectors which saved me a three-hour trip from Boston where I live. We wouldn’t have been as successful without the expertise that she brought to the entire selling process and recommend her highly!
