Experiencia negativa: Would NOT Recommend! I contacted Oswaldo after he approached me to list a few properties for sale. I provided a full break down of all financials. He did not respond showing a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I would not trust someone like this with business of any kind!

Experiencia negativa: Oh man what can I say. Lousy people with no sense of urgency. Always looking for an opportunity to make a quick buck. Tried to get a property of mine rented and found Las Americas. Thought to my self "Hey 4.8 stars and they're in the area? Whats not to like?" I thought wrong. They say they're working on it and that they have clients waiting to view properties but this is just false. Went to take a peek at the listing of the property they had up for my property and it was just bland and lousy. Take your business elsewhere!

Experiencia negativa: Be aware!!! This guy Oswaldo Torres and his team all mayor thieves. Especially when closing deals , he will sent someone to represent him at closing and or if your renting one of his property's, he will sent someone to charge you illegal fees , he wouldn't let us sale the key to the business unless we gave him a five thousand dollar cut out of the sale. Be very, very careful people, this guy is not to trust . He took advantage of us because we where so young bussiness owners,but a long time ago I realized that what he did was totally illegal. God knows how many people he got like us. Especially the immigrant community.
