We drove to LOTO for the day to meet with Matt and tour several properties. While we didn't find a property that day, we felt Matt had a good understanding of our budget, desired location, and what we were looking for in a home. Several weeks later, when a terrific property checking many of our boxes hit the market, Matt immediately went to the property and did a 15 minute video tour for us. It can be scary making an offer on such an important purchase sight (in person) unseen, but we felt confident in doing so because we were working with Matt. The home was being sold without a disclosure, so Matt helped us work with several vendors above and beyond your standard home inspection to do a top to bottom comprehensive inspection of the house (eg mold remediation, septic inspector, roofing company, etc). Since we do not live in town, he met all of these folks at the house on our behalf. He negotiated a very fair price with the seller's agent and has continued to follow up with us after the sale.
