He spent a solid two days driving me around to various condos to get me familiar with the lake and learn what I liked. This was all with the knowledge that we weren't moving immediately but rather at some future unknown date. Throughout the winter he kept me posted on various properties and in early summer of 2022 when our move became a go he again drove me all over the lake in our quest for just the right property. Nothing materialized on that trip but a few days after the trip the perfect condo came available. On a Sunday night John dropped what he was doing to drive to the condo and give us a detailed Facetime tour of the property complete with measurement of every room. He then worked late into the evening to write up a competitive offer on the property that was accepted. John is genuine, hardworking, and fully committed to providing the best service possible for his clients. I recommend him most highly!
