Experiencia fantástica: I'm a first time buyer and went through 2 different agent already. I felt pressured by both to just to buy anything so they can make money. Both Always ask me to make offers all the time even when I knew I this is not my dream house. When I did make an offer they tell me what's the highest I can do and even at times tell me to throw an offer that is higher than what the buyers are asking. Even when I tell them that I don't want to break my bank to just get a house and. Be broke for the next 30 years. I felt they didn't hear me. Adrian and maricruz never did that. He told me everything bout the house and didn't even asked me to make an offer even though I really l like the first house he showed me, than showed me the second house. When I wanted to make an offer of 600k he never once tells me it's too low even when it's below what the seller was asking for 620k. Even when the seller didn't accept the offer they guided me on what's the next steps to getting it without breaking a bank. Long story short I got my house and I didn't even break my bank and sell my stocks to get it. Now i have the house of my dreams and my investment for my retirement still intact. They also have the best lender hook up too. I can't say enough bout Adrian and Maricruz they will work for you. I would recommend them to anyone and everybody I know. Experiencia negativa: Jeff Barr is the master of slowing things for your sale. After our home funded, they deposited all $236,000 to an escrow account when only $56k was suppose to go there. This company is in need of removing the smart part off the name of the company.

Experiencia negativa: Maricruz posted DISGUSTING pictures of a property for sale. Too lazy to bring someone in to clear the trash out first? I'd never use an agent that would post pictures of trash.
