Experiencia negativa: This property sucks! They stated I can't receive my receipts for monthly rent that paid and I'm leased on!.. all the sudden after receiving mine a few times prior. DO NOT RENT HERE, I went thru 8 managers since moved in about 2 years.. THEY DONT FIX MAINTAINCE REQUEST, THEY RAISE RENT CONSTANTLY... move in if u want to... It's really THAT BAD.

Experiencia negativa: Today is April 1st 2026. My Stove and oven has been broken over a year. It was here when I moved in almost six years ago. January 2026 a law passed that it's property management responsibility to make sure all renters have a working stove and oven. My Garbage disposal is broken, blinds missing and I need my wall painted behind toilet for also a year. Six apartments pipes burst and shit was coming out of tub. It took them weeks to fix the hole and still not painted. Looks a mess. Yet pro management wants their rent on time. Do better Also the Manager they have here for our apartments does absolutely nothing. Doesn't clean laundry room, pick up any trash. Doesn't get request done in a timely manner. She is useless!!!! She gets free rent ewe don't see her until rent is due. What kind of Manager is this. Lazy. These apps are messy and she does nothing about it.

My ceiling been leaking since dec 24 2025 Wednesday i called office I was told they would send someone to put a tarp ( not like I expected them to fix it that day ) well no surprise no one came it’s Friday dec 26 2025 I call again regarding leak ceiling they said someone will be coming today well I called again and they said that the maintenance said they can’t come because is raining ( no shit ) they will come tomorrow which they won’t . This company takes major advantage of people that they know are in need and can’t just take off to another place quick . We pay our rent in time every month no miss rent here for the horrible service treatment and condition that they have these units. On Monday I’m calling the city and report all these conditions issues … it’s about time we speak up about these conditions and nothing gets done.

Experiencia negativa: 24864 in Moreno Valley is infested with roaches, mice, and has a bad mold problem. The manager is incompetent and handles no problems any of the tenants have. You have to wait months for repairs and weeks for urgent repairs.

Experiencia negativa: Never ever once besides inland empire property management, have i ever seen a property management with little to zero disregard. Zero disregard for the properties they manage, Zero disregard for humane conditions. Just please do your absolute best to avoid properties managed by these individuals throughout the riverside county. Also find it very awkward that they have no website. Very much because they don’t want you to see the property, most see site unseen and none of the properties they manage are anywhere in that ‘site unseen’ category. Half have severe issues with ‘onsite property managers’, most properties like the one i lived on had seven units and not one, not one property manager. Literal chaos, never on top of the trash company for pickups.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t have good things to say about Pro Management. They own the buildings of 245 South Yale St. and 241 South Yale St. or the manager that runs these buildings for being a manager a 10-year-old could probably could do better than these people. They are running this building to the ground.?Maybe that’s what they want. I don’t know, but the tenants should not have to suffer if they pay their rent on time even if they pay their rent I don’t know what they’re doing they fix pipes temporarily and then they still leak because they’re not fixing them properly underneath our carport .now some of our rent money is supposed to go to maintenance of the building, but it is not the rent we pay goes directly into their pockets and they do the bare minimum of maintenance On their properties that they own I’ve noticed since they’ve owned these buildings, I don’t know if it’s correct but since 1997 that’s when it shows it was last sold?…. they have no good reviews about them and if you’re having your mail, come here forget about it. People break into your mailbox. Your mail is gone. if you’re waiting for a letter, forget about it it’s gone….I haven’t seen my mail in 3weeks Got broken into three times. So if you go down to your mailbox and you’re expecting some mail well guess what it’s gonna be gone. ??Get a PO Box before you move in. I would charge Pro Management..for that. and they better not raise anybody’s rent for their mistakes and for their lack of caring for other people and taking advantage of people’s money…You should not have to get a PO Box when you’re paying for an apartment. Like I said above, they do the bare minimum of maintenance on these buildings ??? For them being a business owner It’s sad that they don’t care about the tenants they’re supposed take care of

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been living here since 2022, I’ve had no issues up until now. My water heater started to act up 07/10/2025 at 8PM, no hot water. We called yesterday (07/11/2025) at 8am, it took them until 1pm to send Tomas out. He told us that they were going to send someone out before 4-5pm to fix the issue, but no one came & we called- no one pick up. I had to drive from my home to the office to ask them if they were going to fix it or not. “We open at 9am if you look at the door & someone should be going to your home soon.” I don’t know her name, maybe it’s Liz? She’s a tallish Hispanic woman with glasses, brown hair & very pointed brows. I got to the office around 1030am today (07/12/2025) & they couldn’t take the time to call me an hour before to tell me that they’re sending someone? Since Thursday night I had to wait for water to get hot on the stove the bathe my children. If I had the money to move, I would. I will be recording everything from now on.

She is such an amazing manager communication with her is always effortless always answering her text messages. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate her. We have been living here now almost for about an year and the whole moving process has been amazing if you are definitely looking for a place to live. Make sure you get a hold of Maria Bonilla with this company, everything from Maintenance to keeping the apartments clean to taking care of every single need and just overall being a kind person thank you for your hard work Maria and I hope this company sees how valuable you are

Experiencia negativa: My review was reported so now im back. but my manager Selina whom now goes by Emily (changed her name & phone number; didn't bother to let tenants know) does not do her JOB!!!! it took her 3 months to send someone out for roaches. I did complaint in person 30 days ago about a leak..never called or sent anyone out. TODAY literally 1 month later my kitchen ceiling caves in while im holding my 11 month old ....now I have to wait until someone calls me to see if they're coming out ... DO YOUR JOB !!!!!!! OR LET SOMEONE TAKE YOUR JOB SO THEY CAN SHOW HOW ITS DONE . this is disgrace , especially all the money we give these people for rent.!!!

Experiencia negativa: Of course as others have said, I would leave a zero stars if I could. This was my first apt when I turned 20. I had to get rid of roaches before moving in. Although my manager at the time Edwina was the sweetest. and did everything to work with me and the management company to get things fixed in my apartment. after her leaving we had a manager that did not respond to anything then later had a manager that did the bare minimum but was still better than the last. I had someone kick in my door filed a police report and it still took management almost two weeks to replace the door to my apartment even though it barely closed and did not lock, all because they said my neighbors told them "I knew the person that did it" (it was my sisters ex husband) Race played a lot into what they were willing to help me with as a tenant. One summer it took them until the almost end of August in the California heat, me being pregnant and threatening to sue to finally get them to replace my AC. Snd the last and final straw was there being a water leak in the wall that soaked my carpet and had mold in my apartment that they refused to fix the issue. they tried to replace parts of the wall instead of actually fixing the issue. Finally I reached out to code enforcement because they were trying to evict me for not paying rent for a month in a non habitable apartment I was paying to get hotel rooms because the mold that they refused to fix was flaring up my Asthma. When code enforcement officer came out it happened to be the same office that came for my neighbor who was also being evicted after having the pay out of pocket for hotel rooms after her ROOF caved in and it took them weeks to fix. I would never rent from anything under this companies umbrella again. it was horrible 5 years of my life! Office was so rude and no one there was helpful. All they cared about was getting their rent and nothing about the condition their property was in.

Experiencia fantástica: Renting our first apartment together was an incredibly smooth and enjoyable experience, and a large part of that was due to the amazing assistance we received from Maria Bonilla. From the moment we started the process, Maria made everything so easy and stress free. She explained every detail of the contract in a way that left us with almost no questions. Her explanations were clear and made sure that we fully understood every term and condition before moving forward. Communication with Maria has been effortless since the moment we met her. She was always quick to respond to any inquiries and made sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. It’s clear that she truly cares about helping her clients and aside from her professionalism, she is also really kind and sweet. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through our first apartment rental. Thanks to Maria, what could have been a stressful experience turned out to be a pleasant and memorable one.

Experiencia negativa: Been living at my apartment for 7 years the original owners sold the apartments and of course pro management bought them the gas company red tagged our heater almost 3 years ago we told the management office out in a request multiple times finally in May the maintenance came and checked it out I got a text from the maintenance people telling me it was approved and they were going to install in 2 weeks we are now in September and still nothing the stairs rail on our stairs outside comes off my husband is disabled walks with a cane he's fell multiple times coming down the stairs we put in a request nothing has happened and for some reason the manager that we had recently was actually doing her job but I guess since she was actually having something done they ended up firing her and also one of the main water pipes under ground was leaking so our water bill was $100 more than what we were paying for 3 months they didn't want to do anything they just kept sending the septic tank people to empty the tank the city came out and yellow tagged and they still didn't fix the problem until mid August this company should be shut down and the owner should be sued I have to young kids and they also have fallen do to the stairs I have nails coming up from the carpets edge which my kids keep getting cut and they don't wanna do anything all they do is give you the run around and keep telling you to put a request in this is ridiculous hope this review helps I wouldn't trust this management.

Experiencia negativa: Please take your money and time elsewhere. This management company doesn’t seem to understand how to treat their tenants. Vivian Pina manager of where we lived for over 7 years lacks professionalism , communication skills and empathy. On more than one occasion, has she left us with no reply and didn’t take our concerns into consideration l. We spent 7 summers with an AC from the 70s as well as getting a wall heater replaced after being without one for two winters. We loved our home and were forced to leave due to inhabitable conditions and rent being raised every year with no repairs . We had nails coming out of our Mickey Moused carpet and broken tile that they never finished. It’s so sad that they put families through this not to mention already living in a marginalized community and trying to raise our kids right and yet they have to witness their parents treated less than, like we have no clue what our rights are or how to speak and defend ourselves. It’s absolutely unjust to me. That’s why I am who I am and I defend and support my community by writing this heart felt comment. Thank you for time and for reading. Please do your research and think twice before renting or investing with this management company.

Experiencia negativa: Vivian Peña is the worst property manager pro management has. She has zero communication skills because she does not care super unprofessional. If you are moving into 3407 location my suggestion is don’t because they don’t care about the quality of life there tenants are living. I’m glad I don’t live there no more because of all the mold that place has don’t believe ask for the recent inspection results that should tell you everything. Pro Managament hire real MANAGERS that CARE and don’t let this be a family business because that what it is a bunch of family members RUNNING THE SHOW

Experiencia positiva: I have been living in my apartment for going on 4 years, we did not have a good manger or good run ins with the company themselves… until August 2023. When Maria came in it was like a weight off my chest. She has been nothing but nice and is working her hardest to get the complex updated as well as maintained beauty wise! AND If I have any concerns regarding my apartment she is quick to help! I’m glad we have Maria now!! She has changed these apartments for the better!!

I didn’t even live there for a whole year yet they started stealing my rent and trying to serve me evictions within 4 months of being there they didn’t give me my lease until like a month before they sent me an evictions I payed 2150 + for rent then they tried me 2 weeks later just save yourself a head ache and homelessness and don’t rent with them

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible!! We have been living in our home for about 3 years. Every year they raise the rent. A few months ago they took half of our yard to build another house with no notice whatsoever. The lease says we rent the entire yard with parking. There's mold in the house and outside. They never fix anything. The water heater has been leaking for over a month. They even told me my rent would be lowered. No surprise it hasn't been. These are the worst, most unprofessional people I have ever met. We will go to court.

Experiencia negativa: Paid $1800 for a 1 bedroom with 2 windows and 3 shared walls nastiest most infested place I've ever been in. I was desperate they charged me nearly 5k to move in and never got my deposit back. Thank God I got out of there before I had to throw all my belongings away. Paid $170 a month for an exterminator to keep the BED BUGS AWAY Update: this is the 4th time the manger has came pounding my door in, in the middle of the night. 10.19.23 @ 11:10 pm. My son is terrified. They need negative stars... how is this even happening right now... it is 11:30 at night and management is knocking on my door scaring my child. Why? Because he needs to talk to us and we are "never home".... we work come at a decent time. They have my number and can call me but instead are pounding my door down in the middle of the night. Places are ran down and infested with bugs, nasty parking areas horrible tenants and this is the 4th new manger in the 4 months I have been here. Lamar you must be on something if you think it is acceptable to come to my door at this hour!! The pro management company says it is OK for this man to come to my door in the middle of the night.

Experiencia negativa: Warning to all tenants .Hello my mom and I had a bad experience.. with a maintnance by the name Moises Donis from the riverside office.we needed our A/C fixed so he showed up and tried to make us feel dumb because we were not correctly answering the questions he was asking us...about the air conditioner..like we were suppose to know . What hes talking about..then when he found the problem he proceed to ask us for money he said if we wanted heat or ac working quick ...then we needed to give him $300 so he can go buy parts supposedly...because he said that the office wich is the company he works fr take too long...So we asked if they would take it off rent he said no... that it would be my loss for wanting it fixed faster... and we heard from other tenants that he's done it to other people why is he still working there that's not right...

Experiencia negativa: RUN! JUST RUN!! I cannot believe this company has been around for 10+ yrs. No money goes out, they only take. Slumlord doesn't even scratch the surface. They operate under dozens of names throughout California and Nevada. They will not replace broken appliances that aren't repairable anymore.not one maintenance guy is trained or licensed and barely makes minimum wage. No wonder why they aren't in a rush to do anything. Threats is all you get if you're a day late on rent. But they don't have any obligation to remove the mold in my unit and the property. Who cares if you you have unpatched holes in your walls or ceiling fron the "repairs" (which still leaks, the "plumber" isn't a plumber and don't know plumbing, but he was all that was available. I'm tired of these evil crooks and their threats! EVICT ME! I want all tenants to understand that tthis "company" ave no legal right to do what they do and I'm starting a class action to shut all their companies down. It's vile!!!

All locations I’ve seen are not very well taken care of especially for the rent that they want is horrible. Experiencia negativa: Everyone please wake up and realize you have rights!! This company lacks moral and ethics. I have never rented from a management company like this. The lack of customer service as well as courtesy to their tenants shows. Lack of ownership to issues and problems not being resolved. Never once do they apologize for their lack of customer service and never want to take care of needed repairs. This management company needs major new ownership. From Elmonte to Riverside . Lawyers look forward to suing panaromas like these. Make your voices heard and call the city, take pictures, screen shot messages and talk to a pro bono lawyers that specializes in these cases. Let’s all get them to realize , WE THE PEOPLE MATTER.

Experiencia negativa: This property management is garbage.I don't even want to give them one star but I seem to have to to post this.I live in one of thier apt complexes in Indio California. My air conditioner went out over two weeks ago. Anyone who knows anything about the Coachella valley knows that summers are brutal, 110 to 120 on the regular, these people have not returned my calls have not communicated anything with me, except to have my landlady and her husband tell me the unit is busted and it will need to be replaced. They were supposed to do that last week. I got sick and chose not to be rude and stay with my friends while I am sick so I had to put out money I literally don't have for a motel and food. Not to mention the food I had to throw away because I am unable to stay at home and eat my food. My landlady put a portable in my livingroom but when I get home from work at 1230am and its 92 degrees in my apt, not good enough. These people are selfish, inconsiderate, and rude. The only thing they are good at is raising the rent every year, and not taking care of the property or the tenants. Don't move into property owned by them. Man I miss the old property management that was here when I moved in 8 years ago. Kind, quick to respond and fix, and left the rent alone. These awful people get negative stars. Experiencia negativa: I would give them a zero if possible. They are unresponsive and/or take a long time to respond, yet they have no problem raising the rent every year! They are supposed to come out to cut the grass once per month. They come more like twice a year. They told us when we moved in that they would be replacing our tub because it was horribly stained (though cleaned well), and the floor because some floorboards were rotting. They never did either of those things. We ended spending $500 to have the tub reglazed because no one wanted to shower in that horrible looking tub. We currently have mice getting in the house through entry points in the house that are supposed to be sealed (one place being the bathroom floor, presumably because the floor boards are rotted and the tile is missing in one corner of the bathroom). We cannot get them to come and seal the entry point, or fix the floors, or get an exterminator out to kill the vermin. The vermin problem (including ants) has been going on for 4 weeks now. When we told them we were going to hire pest control ourselves and withhold the costs from the rent, they say we cannot do that unless they agree (?!). I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs Structural Pest Control Board. If you can at all help it, do not rent from this property management.

Experiencia negativa: Worst management I have ever encountered. Selena especially does not help with anything. Cuts you off mid sentences and says it’s not there problem or take it up with the manager and hangs up. It’s been months since I’ve asked for maintenance and have not done anything.

Experiencia negativa: In my personal experience this company is very unprofessional and horrible in maintaining. I was renting a house for this property management and they didn’t do anything type of work.All the maintenance workers are tenants for the company and they do a fast job. It took 6months for them to fix the heating system also my kitchen sink was leaking. Yes it true you call them and they put you on hold and hang up.But you are late on the rent and they don’t stop call you. Don’t recommend this place at all. It they are the worst in everything. The owner of property doesn’t know how this people take care of their property

Experiencia negativa: Selena is a very rude attendant that works here talked to me as if I were bugging her and I had questions she pretty much told me well if you have an issue with the things that don’t work give a 30 day notice in her words to me “why would you live somewhere where things don’t work “ pretty much that I had to deal with it. We pay rent every month even when there are raises in our rent we don’t have any issue to pay I don’t believe we should be treated this way. I’ve been with out heat the whole winter I have 3 children and I was pregnant and had my baby 5 months ago we have no central ac in the summer and no heat in the winter this whole year that passed !!!! Absolutely not acceptable the way she talks to tenants shows no respect that is shown to her in return! Lack of professionalism.

Experiencia negativa: Their apartments are infested with cockroaches no matter what you do they don't go away because other neighbors are infested with them my bathroom floor has big holes on them bad smell voming out of them neighbors roof falling off not to mention the horrible smell in the apartment is disgusting and doesn't go away no matter how much disinfectant products used I don't recommend for anyone to live here specially if you have kids very uncomfortable place to consider a home nothing works its sad all they care is for the money not even maintainance is available when you need very unsatisfied with this living situation.

Experiencia negativa: Worse management company see you guys in court & Evelyn & Celila are the BIGGGGGEST liers in the building they have a roach problem over charge no fixing to the problems they are friends with the code enforcement so don’t call then they will laugh at you because they work with them.

Experiencia negativa: My house in Moreno Valley valley burnt down because it was so old and they never wanted to fix any electrical appliances, I lost half of everything including my Mercedes car that they basically said it's not there problem , horrible place to rent from they are very unprofessional, the maintenance workers would be telling there life problems as to why I couldn't keep calling to get the plumbing fixed because his wife is getting jealous when my house was flooding every other day, gardeners came 2 times out of the year I lived there, I can go o for days they are very rude and don't need to be in business

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give this company no stars. They are horrible people that work here so unprofessionals staff. Everyone that works in all the offices are full of it there all liars that work there. Don’t know how too run anything. I been without a AC unit since August 2022 we are in February 2023 & I still don’t have it. We suffer the heatwave without AC it was horrible my husband has underlying health problems. They are always giving different stories and no one knows anything. I am so sick of this company & they always want to raise the rent like if they fixs things they don’t fixs anything but they will come looking for there rent. I always Pay my rent every month to get treated like this it’s wrong!!!! They already send like 3 different AC guys out to check it they all say the same thing & the staff still doesn’t know what to do. They all thinks it’s funny when I call to ask about my AC & keep transferring my calls to different people like if it’s a game. These people are “SLUMLORDS “!!!

Experiencia negativa: The worst management place I’ve ever encountered. Plumbing issues , dry wall, leaks all at my rental property months of going in and signing for them to come fix the issues. 4 months later still hasn’t fixed it. Mold in my carpet and I tell celina let me talk to her boss and she hangs up. The original owner needs to come and take control of this office by far the worse. There management is going to get this agency into some big problems.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional company. They could careless if your unit is in need of something weather it be electricity, plumbing, etc. They lack communication skills and do not return your deposit no matter how well you leave it. They will fabricate issues in the unit to absorb any deposit you were hoping to receive back. They are awful

Experiencia negativa: This location hires shady people to secure their properties a good friend was evicted last week Illegally and i had left some tools in their garage and the sheriff that made them leave knew they left their belongings in the house as they were told they had to make arrangement with I E rentals to get their property and today it was discovered that my tools had been gone through and taken along with 2 flatscreen tv's electronics and much more and no sign of anyone breaking in not to mention the guys boarding the windows and sliding glass doors up were the only people seen on the property by neighbors❗

Experiencia negativa: No one ever returns calls or emails. I even showed up to the office and was told to leave and to call back to see if a supervisor was in. When I called they held me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional buissness I have ever had to deal with. I feel bad for their tenants. They were told 2 almost 3 weeks ago about a faulty carbon monoxide reader and still have not addressed the issue. They obviously care very little about their tenants.

Experiencia positiva: This is the second time I come to get my place here the first time I went Abby was the one that helped me she was really caring and understood my situation at the time. I needed a place ASAP and she made it happen she had me in an apartment in just a few day she did everything in her power to help me out and I really appreciated it. Just recently I went back because I wanted to find a place closer to my job and again Abby was there to help me. She did everything the same as the first time I feel like she cares about her customers and provides the customers needs the best she can. Me and my brothers and happy she helped us and truly appreciate her helping us. Thank you Abby keep up the good work!

Experiencia positiva: I been living in one of their properties... I would have gave them a low rating...but I actually see They are trying ..We had been trying with them for like 2 years to get our a.c. fixed and nothing. Yes techs would come check a/c out. But nothing they would say one thing or another and not get it done...just give me excuses...Well they hired a tech by name Robert. that was actually worth it..He came to my apt ..checked it out..and came back and installed a new unit. Something I thought was never going to happen.. And The following day...my neighbor..gets her unit fixed..by the same person..I have a sister that lives at another property..She got her a/c fixed aswell...Thank you for hiring someone that actually cares and does his Job.

Experiencia negativa: A very horriable place,do not even think of renting from those people,it will be and i promise you this it will be the worst mistake you ever make,they do not fix anything,we have a serious roach problem they refuse to fix,and our air conditioner hasent been working since the begining of summer,we keep complaining every month but no one apparently cares if we are spending a 100 F days without an air conditioner; not the so called manager not the office no one anything,they are all completely useless,i wouldent wish any of their properties to my worst enemies
