As we got further in the process, that agent told us she wasn’t comfortable with assisting us any further because she wasn’t familiar enough with Kent county and the land buying and building process. This was after we had already put a lot hold on the property and had plans drawn up! Thankfully, we were referred to Tricia. Well, let me tell you, Tricia gladly stepped in and took charge. The builder wasn’t very easy to work with and it was hard to get any answers from him. Tricia knew just how to communicate with him. In the end, we ended up not moving forward with him and she was right there to help us navigate through that. Tricia sent us a link for another builder and went right to work in getting our questions answered without us even having to ask her to do that. We happily moved forward with this builder. During this time, we were in the process of selling our home. It sold very quickly and we needed a rental to live in until our new house is done. Tricia and her team jumped right on it and they were able to find us a place that worked for our family. My husband and I cannot thank Tricia and her team enough. They are absolutely the best! I look forward to all of Tricia’s help and guidance as we continue on in the building process. Thank you for all you do!! We appreciate you more than you can ever imagine ❤️
