1 month ago Experiencia fantástica: Graham and Matt did a absolutely amazing job with selling our house in record time! It's the little touches they put into our listing that made the difference. From the beautiful photo's, to the written description, to the binder they put together describing our neighborhood, it was all top notch. They walked us through every step explaining how everything was going and what if anything we should do next, they were very transparent with the whole process. Charlene helped greatly to get the house ready for showings, helping me make it look like a model home! Graham & Matt even found a piece of siding to match ours when it came up on the sellers inspection that we had a small hole from a rock when our lawn guy mowed. They even weed wacked after we moved out, before closing to keep the house looking great! And best of all they did all this with smiles and big caring hearts, and of course Southern Charm.

Matt and Graham had a zero sales pitch. They did alot of listening and asking what they could do for us. We were never cut short and they gave us all the time we needed to ask questions and find our home. Graham was like a stenographer writing away every time we looked at a house or development and asking questions to the local sales rep and always seeming to know what we were looking for and addressing potential concerns and knowing that my wife is a perfectionist. Our situation was somewhat unique in that we were having a house built in Carolina Forest and Living South provided assistance during the contracting and building phases of the project. This was most helpful as we were living in Tucson at the time and were concerned about the house being built to our specs. Matt and Graham were able to regularly email photos and videos as the build progressed and we corrected numerous deficiencies that would have fell through the cracks if but for their assistance. Matt and Graham have a business model of going above and beyond a typical realtor's responsibilities by offering professional, honest, and trustworthy assistance for your real estate needs.

They will find answers to your questions even if they don't know firsthand. They were our best advocates when we purchased our new construction home in Del Webb at Grande Dunes. They knew about the builder's program that funded an independent inspector on behalf of the buyer. Not only did this save us money but it ensured that our home was built to the highest standards. They are also the most ethical and responsive agents I have worked with. They worked with my friend on purchasing and my friend was very happy. Buying a house can be the biggest "deal" you might ever make, don't trust that to a friend from church's, niece . For your own benefit, use a real professional with experience.
