I appreciate the opportunity to address this review because it contains several inaccuracies. The reviewer never actually used our services, nor did they create an account or interact with our website. They phoned in under the name “Angel Azambuya” and we spoke for 8 minutes and 38 seconds. During that call, I answered every question asked with complete honesty.

You asked about our company’s location and we provided it. You wanted to know which MLS would list your property; I explained it would be on the Beaches MLS due to your property being in Dade County and described how MLS coverage works. You asked about the process; I explained our flat-fee listing model, stressing that we list your property but you handle the transaction details to save on commissions.

When you pressed on how communications are handled, I outlined that licensed agents can reach you via the MLS, while unlicensed inquiries come through our office and are passed to you. At that point, it became clear you were expecting a full-service broker for a flat fee. I explained—again—that for such a low cost, we do not manage your listing for you.

Your tone became aggressive, and when you asked “what if I don’t get any calls?” I replied candidly: if the price is too high or photos aren’t appealing, the property may not get much attention. You took offense and hung up.

I won’t apologize for being direct. I responded to your tone in kind but never lied or misled you. Our business model is transparent and ethical. We do not promise full-service treatment for a minimal fee. It’s unfortunate you didn’t like our model, but that doesn’t justify a dishonest review. The overwhelming majority of our reviews—99.9%—reflect our honesty and dedication.
