Experiencia negativa: When he was with a different realty, Russell made me pay him $10k a few years back even though I didn't want to sell my house anymore. I dont think it was a real offer. I was told he had done the same to others. I’ll never forget the horrendous experience that was for me. He needs to be reported for what he did.

Experiencia negativa: We were the buyers maybe he was good for the sellers but treating and blackmailing us and our realtor after reinsurance from Title Agency and Mortgage Broker is unacceptable. Treating with law suit which did not stand nor supported by the contract. He is a realtor not a lawyer. We got the home however he did forgot few emails where the reinsurance of whose responsibility for few things are recorded.
