There were title issues preventing a smooth transition, and I dropped the ball on getting them resolved. I’m swamped with so much going on, I missed my closing day and they didn’t bat an eye even after loosing the sale (my fault) in helping me find a resolution to get it sold! That is how my husband and I feel about Tommi Sue Homuth and her associates at Tracy Realty—they came through for us as reliable experts, but took care of us as valued friends. The house we were selling was small and needed work, but Tommi didn’t flinch. With a positive attitude, she pointed out and validated our home’s strong features, and not only gave great advice for improvements, but looked and listened before giving it! We picked her brain on many different aspects and options.
