Experiencia fantástica: I chose Heather/Favored Realty as one of two possible realtors to list my house in Sherman, TX after seeing the number of homes she sold in 2025. Heather responded first and showed up at my house with a detailed market analysis and I knew she was the one who could sell my house in a tightening market. We had 3 or 4 showings the first two days and an accepted offer above listing price in just a few days. Heather’s knowledge of the local area played a key role in a quick sale for me at a great price. To top it off, she had a fantastic cleaning crew on speed dial that I was able to secure two days before closing because I was too busy to focus on that part. I knew I made a great decision early on in the process and was very happy with my choice and how everything worked out. I would recommend Heather to anyone in North Texas.

Experiencia fantástica: Heather helped us buy our first home we are so thankful for her. great communication very friendly and will get the job done

Experiencia fantástica: Heather & Mason are amazing people. They treat their clients wonderfully. Heather has sold property in Whitewright for us & the process was easy with zero issues. I would highly recommend her & Mason for your real estate needs!!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an incredible experience working with Heather here in Bells! We had previously listed our home and couldn’t get it sold. Heather stepped in and completely turned things around. She brought in many potential buyers and had a contract on it within a few weeks of listing it with her. Heather’s knowledge of the local market, strategy, and attention to detail made all the difference. The process definitely had its challenges—we had a difficult buyer who backed out just days before closing—but Heather didn’t miss a beat. Within a day, she had another buyer lined up, and we were able to close within a week. That alone speaks volumes about her dedication and work ethic. Heather is truly a go-getter—always proactive, responsive, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. She was also incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process, which made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. She even connected us with reliable, trustworthy contractors for minor repairs, which saved us time and gave us so much peace of mind. If you’re in Bells or the surrounding area and need a realtor who will go above and beyond, communicate every step of the way, and deliver results—even in tough situations—Heather is the one you want. We can’t recommend her enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Heather has helped me buy and sell multiple homes, and every time she goes above and beyond. She’s incredibly driven, always stays on top of the details, and makes what can be a stressful process feel easy. I truly couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking realtor!

Experiencia fantástica: Heather makes buying a house smooth and stress-free! We can count on her to negotiate on my behalf and make things happen! Thanks, Heather!

Experiencia fantástica: How do I even begin! Heather helped me find my first house just minutes down the road from my family after moving from Houston in 2024! Fast forward to 2026 here I am with a new job in Dallas and the commute was just getting to me so I reached out to Heather at Favored Realty just to see if she could get me in touch with a realtor close to the city & she immediately told me “I can help” and a few days later we went into the city and found my dream condo! I will forever use Heather for all my house finds! Seriously couldn’t ask for someone better!

Experiencia fantástica: It is with great pleasure, I come to recommend Heather highly, as a very knowledgeable and super experienced Realtor. She responds quickly to any requests made by her clients if it is at all possible. She comes across as genuinely interested in all that is important to you, in your search. Being a senior and pretty specific in our wishes for my “future new home”, Heather accepted her role as our realtor and did NOT disappoint us at all. I had a home in Kentucky to unload before being able to commit to making a solid offer here, and yet Heather did not hesitate to show us numerous homes in the Bonham/Savoy areas. She came through with an amazing and seamless experience in helping us find the “perfect home” for me, in Bonham, Texas.. My daughter, Sherri Eades, recommended Heather highly ( as she helped them greatly in purchasing their home (7 years ago). I agree heartily that her experience has proven to be tops in quality and her patience was greatly manifested. Heather excelled in many areas as a “top selling realtor”. She did not hesitate to make mention if there were negative aspects about a home that perhaps would be of concern to us… This was appreciated as we knew she had our back, and was not just pointing out the positives about a home. I highly recommend Heather for her outstanding service, knowledge of the area AND her ability to discern what her client’s deep down wishes are in their “new home”… Heather made herself available even at less than desirable times of the day, even if schedules were tight and the “crunch was on”. Should we ever need the assistance of a realtor again in this area, our hat is off to Heather!!! “She is Tops” !!

Experiencia fantástica: As home inspectors, we always appreciate a realtor showing up for their clients and being present at inspections. Heather is an advocate for her clients and a pleasure to work with from a fellow industry professional's point of view.

Experiencia fantástica: Heather was phenomenal from start to finish! She worked tirelessly to sell our very niche property, kept us fully informed, and fiercely advocated to get us the best price. I’m a self-admitted Type A with a tight deadline, and she handled my frantic calls with so much grace and patience—never once making me feel like a burden. What really stood out was the personal touch she brought to the process. She added ATV tours to the home tour (so fun!) and made a point to be at the house every time it was shown. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was there, representing our home in person. Heather is the perfect blend of polished professionalism and genuine, down-to-earth warmth. Our only complaint? We wish she could have helped us buy in our new state because we’d work with her again in a heartbeat. Truly phenomenal!

Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Heather and Mason on selling our home and buying the next even through a record breaking ice storm snd broken pipes! Excellent service and knowledge

From start to finish, she is professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. She is always quick to respond to questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and offered expert guidance that made all the difference. What stands out the most is her dedication—not just to finding the right home, but to making sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the market, eye for detail, and negotiating skills exceeded my expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Heather to anyone buying or selling a home. She truly goes above and beyond!

Even got the seller to cover closing costs so virtually nothing was needed out of pocket. She's the real deal, and cares about the people she's working with.
